The title of this post says it all. If they had an evaluation process like other dealerships I'd respond to them. Oh well.
Walked in the honda dealer in hot springs arkansas, had allan helping me find a car, I drive about 100+ miles a day for work, and alan was understanding... and also able to listen to my needs, after test driving half the lot, (since I couldn't find a car I wanted) . we finally came across a 2012 honda civic si, and as soon as I drove it, I knew that was the car for me, everybody in the shop is extremely helpful and friendly, they take care of their customers, better than any other dealer i have dealt with. Thank you Orr Honda for such a great experience!
Went to the pre owned lot and was approved by the bank to get a car from Orr, after waiting all day the salesman tells me that there is a fee they have... to work it on the car before they can sell it to me, so I wait 2 mute hours for them to turn me down after the bank approved....horrible customer service, nut really worth the amount they ask for and I'm pretty sure my chevy is better then what they was going to sell me anyway...Went to chevy and had no problems.....I would not recommend anyone to go here unless you want to wait all day to get turned down...after the bank approves you with flying colors, just because they don't want to pay their fees
I took in my 2006 Accord for a fluid leak. The service dept checked it and found a power steering leak. There was a recall I didnt know about and they... replaced the power steering hose for free. When I got the car back they even washed it. The service guys were so nice and went out of there way to make me feel comfortable.
My husband and I own a 2003 Honda civic hybrid which requires us to take it to the dealership to have it serviced. One more than one occasion they have... failed to put our lug nuts on. Then we had the IMA battery go out. They informed us that it would be OK to drive it, we would just b missing out in the gas mileage. Yesterday my husband was on his way home when the car completely shut off. We have had it towed to find out that we shouldn't have driven it. I think we should scrap it just so I never have to deal with these idiots again. They have no clue what they are doing and just want your money. I will never own another Honda because of this.
Our salesman and finance department were outstanding. The facility was first class. Everyone on site was helpful and friendly.
I took my 1997 Honda Accord into Orr Honda Hot Springs, Ar to be serviced. Well while i was sitting there i decided i wanted to look at a new car. I've... had my Honda for 14 years and i knew it was time to look into something else. Well while i was looking Alain Henrard the salesman offered me assistance. We began looking at cars and one of them really stood out! It was the 2012 Honda Accord. I so love my new car. I went in without the intentions of purchasing a new car, and left with a new one! I'm the happiest woman in the whole wide world!!! I give Alan Henrard five stars! Because he offered to help me. I was looking own my own and he stopped to help me. If he hadn't offered assistant i probably would have left without my new car!
Had a great experience purchasing my new vehicle from this dealership and salesman. I told Jeffrey Lively, my salesman, up front what it would take for... me to purchase this car from him and he told me what he could offer. we agreed and everything he told me about the deal was provided without any problems.
Sales person (Mr. David Ashcroft) was friendly, knowledgable and effecient. After a review of the vehicle features and a short drive, dealer presented... a price and I (buyer) countered with a firm offer that was accepted by dealer with little postering. Sales person conducted a brief tour of dealer facilities introducing service personnel. Sale was closed efficiently without the usual "arm twisting" to purchase warranties and extras. Vehicle was delivered when promised. Overall, purchase was a pleasant experience. Subsequently, Mr. Ashcraft has followed up by phone and e-mail. Should the opportunity arise, I will recommend Mr. Ashcraft and the dealer.
