Even though I have moved, I still go to Faulkner Mazda in Harrisburg PA. They have the best service & sales personnel. On my 3rd Mazda from there because they have the nicest people working there. Thank you

The paperwork was nightmare, had to go back to the dealership several times because the paperwork submitted was not accepted by Penn Dot until it was submitted 2 times then accepted. The paperwork was submitted 3 times before Mazda Financial Services would accept the paperwork.

This experience was so effortless and things went so smoothly throughout the process. Alyssa is an incredibly talented and passionate salesperson. She handled everything from the start and by dealing with things via phone and text I was able to arrive at the dealership to buy my new car and was in and out in 55 mins which included going through finance, cleaning out my trade and getting set up in my new car. Faulkner has a smooth process and explained things well. Alyssa is by far the best salesperson I have ever worked with. In 30 years of buying cars it has never been such a pleasurable experience. Ive been buying and leasing mazdas for over 15 years. Every time I go to faulkner mazda I see familiar faces and they remember me even if its been a few years in between sales visits. The service center is always helpful and the newly renovated service center is super clean and comfortable to wait in while my car gets serviced. They even have snacks and drinks available. Anytime my car gets worked on they send me a video of my car being worked on and explain everything clearly. I will be a faulkner mazda customer for life! Love you guys!
