DO NOT TRUST THEM. In particular the Manager JAI LEE and the Finance person MOHAMMED ZAHER. We purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Lithia on August... 11, 2018. After being pressured by the sales manager we agreed to purchase a full service package, which he described as covering all required maintenance for 5 years. We did not receive a copy of the plan as they said "it would be mailed to us shortly." More than 2 months later (October 31, 2018) we received a copy of the plan, which was not a maintenance plan at all, but merely provided for inspections that would cost money to actually provide the maintenance. The plan also allowed for cancellation within 60 days. We phoned the provider of this plan to cancel and to ask why we only received it MORE than 2 months later. They said they had only received the plan order a week earlier (October 19, 2018, also more than 60 days after purchase) and then sent it to us. They also said we had to work with the dealer to process the refund. We have now visited the dealer (on 11/1/18), left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails including the cancellation request over the last 3 weeks and there has been no response whatsoever. Now both Jai and Mohammed will not return voicemails or emails and we have filed complaints with BBB and the Attorney General.
SO i originally bought this car from another lithia dealership. it is a used car, and about two weeks into owning it i noticed some noises that were not... normal. No problem i thought because they gave me a 60 day bumper to bumper warranty that covered everything as long as it wasnt due to negligent use. I called lithia and brought it to the nearest lithia dealer ship, which happened to be this one. So i brought my car in and they said ok we are going to take your car to the chevy dealership so they can diagnose it. they said once they diagnose it then lithia warranty services will decide whether or not we will cover it. this is where i knew i was going to have problems. they also said that if they did not cover it i would be on the hook for the diagnosis costs. Whats the point of a full bumper to bumper if youre going to cheat me out of it. Chevy got a hold of me and said they had found two problems, one with the drive shaft and one with a pulley. They then said it was just waiting on lithia to give the go ahead for the fixes. Lithia said they would cover the pulley but would not cover the OE replacement driveshaft and would be looking for a used one. per my warranty they can do this but they way they were handling it i felt like they were trying to find the cheapest driveshaft possible. After numerous attempts to talk to someone about the used part they had i still have yet to get ahold of anyone to give me any information on the part. At this point my car has been out of my hands for 2 weeks just sitting at chevy. Let me also point out that communication between myself and lithia has been nothing but awful. From the get go i asked them to call me when they were taking it to chevy and i never received a call. Another week passes by and not Lithia but CHEVY tells me that the parts are going to be coming in. Why is chevy telling me this. Also whenever i talked to lithia it was me calling them, never the other way around. At this point writing this review its been about 3 weeks of my car basically sitting around doing nothing while lithia trys to get their way around fixing my car as cheaply as possible. Their lithia extended warranty program is a JOKE and has been nothing but a hassle dealing with them. I will never deal with lithia ever again and cant wait to get my car back so i can never deal with them again. As far as getting my car back i can only assume that for some reason ill be left to deal with one last problem like the amount of miles that were put on my car while not in my possession. Terrible customer service, terrible warranty program. Do not go here for anything!
Tony was very helpful and direct. He found the vehicle that fit our needs and at our price point and we are grateful for his assistance. It was refreshing... not to go through the typical negotiation that one experiences in most vehicle purchases. Tony understood that we were serious and he made the transaction smooth and comfortable.
Worst car buying experience ever. I bought my car on March 12 2018, my first car buying experience ever and I thought it was fine up until months later... when I still haven’t received my registration. It’s been 4 months now and I’m driving around on expired dealer tags. I’ve called them and they told me registration would call me back but never did. Don’t do your business through these guys. They are jokes!
I purchased a vehicle from them in January 2018 I bought the vehicle at night. I called the next day about my scratch that i didn't see due to bring at... night. I drove the car back down there the next day Saturday dealership stated that they will fix the scratch. waited for days and days. continued to go down there. waited days and days dealership said that they will call me back. Not once have they called me. They told me today that its a used car and that they are not going too anything about it. I kept my phone records and witness that went with me during my visits. Small Claims court it is Sad after 20 years of buying cars from this dealership never again will me or my family return Will take your money but sell xxxxty cars ALL employees there STATED THAT VEHICLE NEEDS TO BE REPAINTED TO BE REPAIRED CORRECTLY. HAD TO REPORT TO BBB
I found a car using an app and went to the dealership to see it. After having to deal with a completely scammy salesperson I bought the car. I then had... to deal with the horribly rude finance person. All in all, what should have been an exciting process was very painful. To top it off I had to call back a couple weeks later with a question. My call was transferred from person to person until my call was dropped. I would NEVER buy a car from them again.
Seamless experience at the repair center. The drop off and pick up of my vehicle was seamless. The shuttle service was outstanding and all of the employees... - including the service manager - were professional and knowledgeable. I will be back!
I bought a $40K used pick from these scoundrels, and they ripped me on on the MOPAR Vehicle protection plan. I tried to cancel it, and they wouldn't return... my calls. I wouldn't recommend them to somebody I didn't like.
We went to the Roseville Auto Mall thinking that they would have a big selection on the Fiats, they only had one color & style. Not very happy! Next day... we went on the Web Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Concord and saw that it had more Fiats on the lot to look at. We meet Sidney and he was very helpful & went over the cars details with my daughter who was very happy! She saw the color she wanted. Sidney was the best salesman that we had encounter with. We would recommend him to our friends and family. Thank You again Sidney for a wonderful experience!
