Window shopped online. Called Modern Subaru/Toyota and requested brochure. It was sent promptly. Studied and made choices to look at. Drove through p
arking lot without talking to anyone. Next time we talked to a friendly representative/salesman, and did a test drive. There was not the push type pressure, just information and confidence that we would love the Outback. I am now a HAPPY:) new Subaru Outback owner--love it!

Very friendly staff and extremely easy to work with. We went from a Mercedes C-Class to a 2018 Forester Touring expecting to be going down in ride , c
omfort and handling. WRONG......The 2018 Forester is one of quietest and smoothest vehicles I have ever purchased. I have bad knees and hips , and it was getting to be quite a hassle to get in and out of the Mercedes with it's very low floor pan design. Now, all I have to do to get out of the Subaru is, turn my legs to the side and slide right out of the seat...............HALLEUJAH !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had gone to Modern Toyota a couple of months earlier and saw this vehicle. Returned and purchased it recently. Love the deal and adore the car.
One reason we purchased the Outback was the safety features. It handles well and feels wonderful inside. The salesperson treated us like we were vips. We couldn't have asked for better treatment. They have checked on us since we returned home to see if we had any questions. Everything was shown and explained, and we have local numbers to call if there are questions. I will go back for service and any more purchases. What more could you ask for? The service is great and a wonderful area is there for you to wait for the car to be returned to you. We had a Prius before we bought the Outback and the same company services both. We are looking for to the same excellent service.
My wife and I brought our 2012 Subaru in for regular service. We looked around at the new cars. The difference between the 2012 and the 2017 is stun
ning. We were so impressed we ended up buying a new 2017 Legacy. The process was very easy. Our salesperson, Joe Toliver, was outstanding during the entire process. After we bought the car he gave us the best checkout on the vehicle I have ever had. He went over every detail and made sure we understood. I am sure we are going to enjoy this car even more than we traded in.
