I purchased a diesel truck from Burkholders and was told it was inspected top to bottom nothing was wrong with it. They don?t provide any type of 30 day warranty on vehicles you purchase from them as they stand by their word on making sure nothing will happen to the vehicle it?s in good condition. Straight from the salesman. Well two weeks later the truck went from 75mph to 50mph in seconds. Come to find out it was the fuel filter and the O ring wasn?t installed properly. So most diesels when you get an oil change you replace the fuel filter also which this company did do but installed it incorrectly. I called to ask for reimbursement or if they could do anything and of course what do I get no sorry we can?t do anything for you. Standing by their word means when you buy it and you?re out the door don?t expect them to help you out.

Always towed our Airstream with Suburbans, when I couldn't find a new suburban with barn doors, I started looking at vans. Burkholder had what I was looking for: 3500, 6.0L motor, trailer towing package, cloth interior, NOT extended van, rear air, etc. This van had every thing I wanted except for Class V hitch, trailer light hookups and trailer brake controller. When Leon told me he could put those on the van, it cinched the deal for us. This was all done over the telephone on Wednesday, I sent a deposit and picked the van up on Friday. It was everything we expected and more. Would I recommend this dealer to a friend? Absolutely. It was a pleasant experience. I like our van. We are going to tow our 31' Airstream with it. I was shopping for a newer Mini van since mine had 141,00 miles on it, I looked at several big dealerships and they didn't want to give me much for my current mini van. Burkholder had the minivan I wanted with a price that was fair and gave me top dollar for my trade in. Matter of fact this is my first time ever trading in a vehicle most dealers want to give you nothing for your trade so they can make lots of $$$. So I normally just sell my cars myself but since my wife was leaving on vacation I didn't have time to sell. Next time I need a used car I will look here first.

I had been shopping for a number of months for a good used Ford E150 Passenger Van and happened to see that Burkholder had several that interested me. It was a 70 mile one way trip to Burkholder from here I live. I drove there on a cold Saturday morning and was very happy with the help Leon gave me in checking out the Vans he had for sale. After thinking it over I picked one I liked best and was very happy with the trade Leon gave me. I wanted a trailer hitch installed, which Leon done for a very reasonable price and in a timely matter. I was very happy with the whole experience and would recommend Leon and Burkholder Truck sales to anyone looking for any type of Van.

I seen the Tacoma about a month we finally went and looked at it. Leon was the salesman he came out, asked if we are wanting to test drive it of course we did next thing you know we purchased the Tacoma. Leon was very good on what he did. I would recommend anybody to Leon. if there was something we needed. he would make sure we got what we needed. the bank that I financed to they stated Burkholder sales was easy to work with. was very happy with the outcome.
