This dealership surpasses everything I have ever experienced in the business and in my personal life. They are a great business to call when you have questions about your car and solve them pronto to get you home safely and intact. Saved me tons of money on the road when a mechanic was attempting to rip me off. Great people! Recommending!
worst experience buying a car, ever.
We're a military family with an infant who was looking for a safe and reliable family vehicle. We found an affordable one at Fiat of Edmond so we decided to make the 7 hour trip based on the fact that Craig, one of the sales managers, said that it was a great car that he himself "would let his daughter drive cross country" in. We arrive and see that the vehicle we were interested not only had normal wear and tear for a higher mileage car but the check engine light was on along with noticeable glitches when driving the car and the advertised onboard navigation was non functional. The sales person we dealt with said "it was probably just a fuse". It wasn't. We took the car to a mechanic and, while there was nothing wrong with the engine, there was an electrical problem. We paid for that inspection out of pocket and offered to pay for an inspection of the electrical system as well. Our offers to make a deposit on the vehicle were denied so we were trying to work as quickly as possible so the car wasn't sold out from under us. It, of course, was. They lied when they said it was a reliable car and were beyond impossible to work with them when it came to finding a solution. A huge waste of our time and my husband's very limited leave for a piece of junk that was severely overpriced. We were grateful when Craig, the sales manager we had dealt with a majority of the time, offered to at least reimburse us for the cost of the engine diagnostic. It has been over three months and we have not received anything, which was more or less expected from such unreliable people. This place is the stereotypical car sales place- out to make a quick buck with no regard for families safety.
After the manager told us a price we came the next day to purchase the car and after some negotiations on what they would allow us on trade which was fair they added 740 to the price. We were about 1000 apart but if they would have sold us the car for the original price we would have paid the other 260 and bought the car. They are also still running adds for hail damage cars for 9988 and they have been gone for at least a month. The manager wrote this on the bottom of an email he sent to me after I sent him an email voicing my concerns. I am sorry we missed your business, but obviously your budget would not allow you to drive a car as refined as the abarth. Chad Morris Fiat of Edmond
