We bought a mini-van from this dealer and had a positive experience. They were friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had as much time as we wanted to make a decision on the mini-van before they would consider other offers from other people that came in to look at the same mini-van. This dealer inspects and makes sure their inventory is in good condition before they sell. We took the mini-van to get inspected by an independent shop anyway because I like to be cautious with major purchases and it checked out perfectly. Moreover, the prices are competitive. I wasn't able to negotiate down but their prices were already well-below KBB value. I recommend this place.

The place is fine and process is fine. But they will fool you into buying your car with no warranty. Don’t listen to them! Bought my 2011 VW CC here in August 2018 and like two weeks after their 30 day warranty was up the car gave me problems. Fixed that problem that came up, now two weeks later, another problem. Save your time and go to a better trusted dealer.

I bought a used MINI here recently only to find that the team at this particular dealership is inspiringly informative, kind, patient, witty, & most important of all (especially w/in the context of a dealership), meticulously honest. Not only is each person here consistently approachable, they're accommodating w/out the slightest hint of saccharinity. These people want to work w/ you which is huge. "Car makes a noise, eh? Let's check it out--take it for a drive." "Got another insurance question? Give us a moment and we'll find out for ya." - Is just a dim hint of how helpful they are. I'd gladly buy another vehicle here and recommend others do likewise. Thanks again, folks.

I found the exact car I wanted on cars.com and did almost everything over the phone with the dealer so I was in and out within half hour which included a test drive. Loved it!

This was the BEST car buying experience I've ever had, The whole team are Amazing , Its a family business , The owner Hus who I had a great conversation with in many subjects is very friendly , hospitable and has a great sense of humor , he has a positive outlook and a great philosophy in life , he assured me my new Lexus LS460 is at its best , does not need anything , and he trusted this car that he would of give it to his Mom to drive in a heartbeat , I trusted him and I did not check my car with any mechanic , he helped me to drop my rental and we drove back to his place to find the beautiful Sara his daughter ready with the paper work to give me another POSITIVE SHOCK , she finished everything in a 10 Minutes with all explanations , I could not believe it !! previously as I recall it took almost an hour in Riverside Lexus , 40min with Beverly Hills Lexus , Hus asked me to call him if I needed anything car related , also I want to recognize Luis who drove me around with the car and showed me its features , THANK YOU HUS and SARA for treating me as if I'm a part of your family .
