I purchased 3 Hyundai Cars from this dealership. My salesman Marcus was great. In recent years the service there declined ridiculously. They stopped... detailing the cars for routine maintenance, not washing and vacuuming (even though that was in the sales agreement). After an oil change the oil plug was not put back correctly, while driving all the oil came out and the engine had to be replaced. This took several weeks. When the car was returned it smelled like oil in the car, and a piece of the car was in the back seat area. We complained and the service manager took the part and disposed of it. Now we are missing the lower oil pan shield. Years ago the service was much better when the dealership was in Quincy. I don't understand the decline.
Terrible customer service! Lied to me, deceived me, and then sold a truck out from underneath me. I talked to Luis and test drove the truck, but heard... a whining noise that I didn't like in an otherwise great truck. I asked Luis to look into it and call me back. He did not. So I followed up with him to schedule a follow-up test drive. He stated the mechanic couldn't hear it. Opened up the hood...revved the engine...and there it was. It was the aftermarket intake, which they didn't tell me about. So I felt good about the truck and try to put a deposit down. Luis says they've scheduled a test drive with someone else. I say, I have a deposit. He wouldn't take it, but said he'd get back to me. Then he avoids me, and when I call him back he says he doesn't know and he'll get back to me. I talk to a different employee later that night and he says, "It's been sold for days, I don't know what you want me to do about it". Meanwhile I'm still getting SPAM updates asking if i want to test drive the truck. Great. Thanks Prime Hyundai.

From the minute My wife and I walked in, there was no pressure put on us. Our sales person, Olajide and Tom, the finance director, were excellent! No pressure... at all, respecting our decisions. Stress free experience, a rare ocassion in the car business but they were both wonderful.
Appreciated working with Marcus. He was helpful and didn't put pressure, helped me find best option within my monthly budget constraints, was responsive... and genuine.

I traded a vehicle and got it the same day. The car was dirty and had a large stain on the dashboard. Zero attention to detail. I got home and saw... the same car with the same VIN advertised cheaper and the manager told me “we put the price with all the rebates because all he other dealers do and we have to compete with them.” I wanted a spare tire and they told me is was 250.00 dollars. I showed them on google it was selling for 81 dollars on-line for the exact kit. THe manager was only interested in the sale and I would never use this dealer again. He asked me how much heaped Mirak Hyundai was for he same car and I told him 300 dollars and he did nothing to make it right. They lost a good customer and hopefully lose your business as well.
The service tech Mike is always friendly polite and attentive, all of the mechanics and other customer service team members are very upfront and willing... to talk to you face-to-face about any of the issues that you have with your vehicle. Their way of doing business is extremely honest and quality. Thanks again to the Prime Hyundai South team!! Keep up the outstanding work!!
To make long story short, they could have done a lot better in regards to this sale. All that was discussed btwn myself and the sales person and two finance... reps was not worth the time it took. Drove the car home, tried to go to wrk later that night and the SUV wouldnt start. Amazing!!! Money back asap!!!!

Out of the three Hyundai dealers in South eastern Massachusetts this by far blows the other two away. The service department was quick complete competent... and the staff completely put me at ease . Best service dept period my car runs like new now
