We are in HH often and were down visiting friends for Christmas. While out Christmas shopping on a Saturday our Range Rover would not start. After get
ting a jump start we took it to Land Rover HH. We were met by a friendly and courteous customer service rep. She had the General Manager assist us because the Service Manager was busy with a customer. The GM had a service technician meet us, discuss the problem and offer his thoughts on what the problem may be. Once the Service Manager was free, he checked us in and the technician took our vehicle. The service lounge was clean and comfortable. Every employee who walked by greeted us and asked if we needed anything while waiting. Shortly thereafter the technician confirmed it was the battery. We agreed to have it replaced. Once done the amount billed was the same as the amount quoted. The entire team was friendly, professional and efficient. I was very impressed with the level of service and customer service we received especially on the Saturday before Christmas.

itting and according to the dealer is not on the warranty, only when it is all destroyed. Noise in the seat when switching on automatic position, noises on the breaks, and so ... I made complaint in the consumer service by phone, online, at the dealer and never had any feedback.
