    We had an excellent car buying experience at Hendrick Nissan Kansas City. We truly enjoyed everyone we worked with from sales, financing, and delivery, Our sales consultant, Chris, was outstanding. He found us exactly what we were looking for, within our budget. Kyle handled our financing quickly and Zach sent us on our way with a complete understanding of our vehicles features. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!

    I purchased a pre-leased 2013 Nissan Altima from this dealership last July. My salesman was Barry Martens and he made my car buying experience an easy one. I fell in love with the car I purchased. Barry made that purchase happen and a pleasant experience. He made sure my car was in excellent condition. Three months later I received a follow up call from Barry asking how my car was performing. That kind of customer service so rarely happens anymore. I was impressed! I would definitely recommend Barry to my friends and family. Thanks Barry!!

    Barry Martens was the most helpful, down-to-earth, genuine car saleseman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I didn't feel pressured at all, and I genuinely believe he had my best interests at heart. He listened closely to my criteria and helped me find the absolute best deal for my money, and something that I really enjoyed! Jon David (Director of Financial Services) was also surprisingly great to work with! Great sense of humor and also had my best interests in mind. Honestly a better buying experience than I could have ever possibly imagined. HIGHLY recommend this dealership!

    I originally reached out to the dealership looking for a used vehicle for our family. The first couple of correspondences were friendly and I was feeling confident in my buying decision. Then I was "pawned" off to someone else who was somewhat pushy, overly excited to make the sale, and kept wanting to run my credit. I kept expressing that I was not interested in this, as it was NOT the payments I was worried about. It was the bottom line. I knew what amount I was willing to spend, and I also knew what my trade was worth. They offered me thousands less than other dealerships for trade and then kept pressuring to run my credit when I addressed this, focusing on a payment amount. The gentleman failed to hear my wants or concerns and was only focused on payments. I am a no nonsense person, and sadly there was a lot of nonsense involved.

    I purchased a Pathfinder from Zane Winter, it was one of the best car dealership experiences I have ever had. Zane never pushed me into anything, listened to everything I had to say and showed me exactly what I wanted. Any issues I had he resolved quickly. When I am in the market to make another purchase I will be heading back into see Zane. Everything here is truly top notch.

    I hate car shopping as much as I do shoe shopping. Mostly because in car shopping the sales people always seem really pushy and try to get you to add things you don't want or call you 24/7. I had the pleasant experience of dealing with Zane Winter that didn't do any of the normal things I am use to. I asked that he not call but communicate via email, he did just that. He never once tried to push me to buy the same day and he didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He even stayed past their closing time knowing I wasn't buying so we could test drive a Pathfinder. Top notch place and when I am ready to purchase I will go back and see Zane

    Service took to long was given a time line as to how long it was going to take, and it took twice as long and all I had gone in for was an oil change . While I sat there I watched people who got there after I had leave before me who had more stuff being done to there car than me, and on top of everything they made me late to mt job at the hospital. Not happy will not be going back again.

    Asked for pictures and information of a vehicle and never received them but was told they forgot to get them. Then I wanted more information on a vehicle and kept getting passed from one person to another. Was told they would call right back but didn't so I called again only to get passed off to someone else. Their website said it was in Kansas City ready for a test drive but no one could find it. They ended up saying it was still in North Carolina and if I wanted to buy it they would then ship it to their Kansas City location. So I had to buy it site unseen! Poor and very disappointed with their customer service and knowledge and basically common courtesy.

    Was looking for a good, safe,reliable car for my teenage son. Tried for sale by owner 1st and ended up frustrated and wasting time. Ended up buying a Honda Accord from Chris Oregel. Great experience! Only problem is a few electronic glitches, so hopefully after car is titled they will help me out? But hey, it is a used car. Highly recommended! Buying a used car is not fun, but they made it tolerable.
