offered a offer less than listed price twice. Never acknowledged the offer and just kept replying- Thank you for you're inquiry and to contact them if I had any questions.

Hakim has lied and wasted my time for 5 months after the same. Lying about everything just to get me in the door with a check. I still buy the car with a note on the agreement to fix dents that were told prior didn’t exist. Hakim refuses to fix the dents and tries to get me to go away by sending me a check worth 1/10th of the cost to fix it myself. Really insulting considering the flexibility and time I gave them to make this right. All we had to do was split the cost of the damage. I’m a reasonable person and I like the car. I overlooked a lot of other things that were lied about. This is just a spit in my face at this point. Avoid them at all costs.

Out of state prospective buyers BEWARE! I believe they use A.I. to respond to inquiries. I tried to buy a used vehicle and the one time I spoke to someone they barely knew English and then text message responses came almost instantly, thinking because they use A.I. as didn't answer my concerns. They wanted me to wire funds WITHOUT fulfilling my request for a buyers order FIRST!! BEWARE

Great looking cars and price too. They have a large variety of cars that look sweet.

My experience with the dealer and dealership was absolutely wonderful. The dealer was very concerned that the vehicle had everything that I desired, and was willing to work with me on the details. I drove from Chicago to Madison, Wisconsin to purchase this vehicle. The dealer made sure that I was comfortable with learning about the vehicle before I left Madison. The dealer was a very respectable, kind and caring person. I would highly recommend A to Z Autosports, LLC to anyone looking for a great deal on a vehicle. It is worth the drive. :-)

Called to confirm they had a vehicle we were looking at. They confirmed. Good start. We get there, get ready to test drive, and see there are two errors coming up. The kid working plugs in the little computer to check, but they don’t have anyone to do anything about it, so that’s no good. We test drive anyway, and wouldn’t mind getting it. Seems they didn’t really want to make a sale. Several lines about how calling the credit unions would be hard and can’t finance because of covid. For dealing with expensive vehicles, the office area was just shy of dilapidated. Not a great experience. Had to walk away.

I bought a 2004 Audi S4 from A to Z and I am very happy with the transaction. We quickly came to a fair price for the car, the car was exactly as described and the customer service and interaction was excellent. The sales rep, Abe Sarhan, was very helpful and quick to return calls or txt msg. I would highly recommend this dealership.

By far this is the best small car dealer compare to big and smaller ones I've ever gone to. This is a family-owned business for 20 years located in Madison. Susan who is the owner of this car dealer shop is wonderful. She worked through the approval and purchase process in a timely manner with us. They are very talkative and makes it like you are also their family. Our family car broke down so I and my husband decided to check them out for this 2018 Honda Odyssey. Turned out we made the right choice to go to them for this family car. We loved the minivan. They also have many more luxury and wonderful cars at a cheaper price! Check them out! I will for sure to go back to them for my next car!
