Worse Service Experience.

Worse experience ever. Stopped by (8th.Mar.23) for scheduled oil change and ended up leaving without service because staffs behavior. Had service done at Nissan of Annapolis instead with great experience and treatment. Never again.

When I purchase my car in 2018 the services was great now

When I purchase my car in 2018 the services was great now not so Good I have been trying to get this issue resolve for the last 7-8 months all I been hearing we going to call you back. My issues was suppose to be address from the top Manager it been 2 months im still waiting on the call. I talk with the Services Manager the parts Manager the Finance team no one has called to resolve the issue I call the dealership several times and spoke to different people none of whom would or could help

Amazing experience!

I received a refund check from Nissan of Bowie for an

I received a refund check from Nissan of Bowie for an over payment of my TAG and Title fees, The check was Dated for the 13th of January 2022 and sent to me on the 5th of May 2022. The Check is past the 90 day expiration date and not valid. I call the dealership several times and spoke to different people none of whom would or could help, I asked to speak to a manager and would either get disconnected or routed to some random person who would then disconnect me. don't trust this dealership for post sales support.

Dawn, Mistakes happen. When I called the dealership multiple times, only to be connected to different people who couldn't help, and wouldn't connect me to a manager or someone who could help. This speaks volumes about your customer service. The only way this issue got resolved was by me posting on social media about the problem. Your staff needs to do better.
