I stopped by to test drive a rogue based on an incredible online price. I know the adage of it seems too good to be true it probably is, and I should have saved a trip. My sales person Kim was actually lovely, but her manager was anything but straightforward. I wasn’t ready to buy on the spot, but if the online price was true, I planned to return in a few days. Not only wasn’t it true, she couldn’t or wouldn’t actually give me a purchase price - just said to tack on $2-3k. The deal was no longer appealing, and I have since ruled out the Rogue (at the original price I’d have run with it). Since it was a 2023 model year vehicle and it’s 2024 the lower price didn’t seem inconceivable. I have bought 3 cars without game playing so I thought that madness was done but clearly I was wrong.

I bought a Nissan Kicks in October 2023.
I bought a Nissan Kicks in October 2023. Sales Rep. Jerry, very pleasant and accommodating. However, I have been trying to get unto to the finance department for a refund check and for the love of life I am getting the royal push around. I had other options but choose Nissan of Bowie because I visited and loved the ambience but I can't deal with this push around.

Worse Service Experience.
Worse experience ever. Stopped by (8th.Mar.23) for scheduled oil change and ended up leaving without service because staffs behavior. Had service done at Nissan of Annapolis instead with great experience and treatment. Never again.

When I purchase my car in 2018 the services was great now not so Good I have been trying to get this issue resolve for the last 7-8 months all I been hearing we going to call you back. My issues was suppose to be address from the top Manager it been 2 months im still waiting on the call. I talk with the Services Manager the parts Manager the Finance team no one has called to resolve the issue I call the dealership several times and spoke to different people none of whom would or could help
