    SALES PEOPLE KNEW THERE WHAT WE WANTED, UNDERSTOOD OUR DEAL & FILLED OUR DEMAND WITHOUT STRESS OR HASSLE. EVERYONE WAS HAPPY. TRANSACTION ONLY TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR FROM EXPLAINING WHAT WE NEEDED TO FINISHING SIGNING THE FIANCE PAPERS. I'M SO SATISFIED I WILL BE LOOK TO BUY 2 VANS FROM THEM. JAMES KANDO, Pres.     I was visiting Pompano Beach from Canada for March Break with my family. We drove and have done the 2200km or so drive each way for the last 5 years in our 2009 Mazda CX9 (my wife's vehicle) that we have had since new. We love the SUV and it has roughly 150,000 miles on it. The vehicle has been maintained by the dealer where we bought the vehicle (near Toronto) and not by our local dealer as there salesperson (at the time) was awful and there service throughout the years (we have had 3 Mazda's since 2001) has been poor. Anyway, we had a complete service at the beginning of March. The passenger window was not working so had it repaired a few days before we left. While it works well we found (on our travels) that the passenger door wasn't actually locking although it appeared to be doing so. I was extremely upset as we had left our multiple possessions in an unlocked vehicle. I went to Lou Bachrodt Mazda early Monday morning, made an appointment and had the vehicle repaired first thing the next day. The Service was excellent. Thank you so much Martin Gatewood.

    I had just come into your dealership to drive a small suv as I had just started looking. Your salesman Michael Cochone took so much time explaining the car and the benefits and safety features that when we went over details and prices, I could see that I would not buy but he then made me a good price to lease. I left hours later with the car and was so happy that I had come to your dealership.. I have been back twice to see about some things and I was surprised when Michael told me that they had found my camera. It was a pleasant experience.

    Great expeeience. People are friendly, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Fast service, clean the personell are all patient and respectful - none of that "go away, whos next" like in other dealers, they really take the time to make you feel like a vip. Would recommend to others to visit their service dept or to purchase a new vehicle. I bought my 2016 mazda 3 here and i was in and out in 45min or less. Very happy

    Kelly Wade provided the customer service experience for me and this dealership should be proud to have someone like her on staff. Working for a dealership in NC myself several years ago gives me a higher understanding of the service advisor's role and the importance of it to the customer. We have several trucks at the Pompano office and we use your services for them.
