Called ahead about a very specific truck and was told the

Called ahead about a very specific truck and was told the vehicle was indeed on the lot. I was then pressured to get there quick and was asked to talk financials before I even made it to the dealership. When I asked for texted pictures to confirm the truck was definitely on their lot, all I heard was crickets. I can’t find the said truck on their website but it’s listed on cars.com. This is the type of behavior I expect from a xxxxxxxx not a supposedly “highly awarded” dealership. Dishonest, deceiving, and down right shady dealership.

My boyfriend just purchased a Silverado from Camille.

My boyfriend just purchased a Silverado from Camille. This is his 2nd vehicle he bought from him. He hit our budget and was a pleasure to deal with. If anyone is looking for a vehicle, I would highly recommend calling Camille. He’s professional and knowledgeable. He was looking for a specific model, color and hit it all aspects. Marcio was friendly knowledgeable 100% happy with his performance! He did repair and fix my car Chevrolet Blazer Rs 2021 A/C compressor and fuel module in no time ! Note: The only thing the Lou Bachrodt dealer after service the can do a completely Car Wash/ Vacuum it will be great ! So the costumer want to come back for the next service needs.

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP!! BOUGHT BRAND NEW VEHICLE OFF SHOWROOM FLOOR, UPON DRIVING IT HOME IT BOKE DOWN. GAVE LOU BOCHRODT THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND HAD IT REPAIRED 1 DAY LATER IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN AND WAS IN THEIR SERVICE CENTER FOR OVER 3 MONTHS. SPOKE WITH HOWARD THE GENERAL MANAGER, I WANTED THEM TO REPLACE THE VEHICLE WITH ANOTHER NEW TRUCK BUT HE REFUSED, HOWARD ASSURED ME HE WOULD PAY ALL THE VEHICLE PAYMENTS WHILE THEY HAD IT IN THEIR SERVICE CENTER BUT ITS BEEN MORE THEM 5 MONTHS AND YET TO RECEIVE ANYTHING. I HAVE CALLED THE SERVICE MANAGER BRETT AND GENERAL MANAGER HOWARD NUMEROUS TIMES BUT YET TO GET A CALL BACK FROM ANYONE. MY NEXT PLAN IS TO GO TO THEIR DEALERSHIP AND STAND IN FRONT OF THE BUSINESS ON THE SIDEWALK WITH A SIGN STATING HOW THEY LIE AND CONDUCT THEIR BUSINESS. I'M RETIRED FROM THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD TO DO THIS. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP OF YOU WILL BE VERY SORRY DEALING WITH THIS DEALERSHIP.

Terrible, Ad posted was very misleading and did not

Terrible, Ad posted was very misleading and did not represent the correct price. After 3 days emailing they finally said what the real price was. Fraudulent at best

Added $8000 onto the advertised price.

Added $8000 onto the advertised price. Charging a $399 trade fee. I had no trade but they said it’s a standard line item. Luckily I worked through text, I would have been annoyed if I went down to the store. Buyer beware they will hit you with unnecessary fees that ended up making the price more expensive vs the competition. Shady business!

Shady business practices!

Shady business practices! Advertised price was just to lure you in as that price was not honored. They added a “mandatory” $3k for pain protection, $999 dealer fee, and $299 documentation fee. Absolutely deplorable. We walked out.

2006 GMC Savanna 3500 Service

Great except for the text communication about the service. Was unable to make contact with a person at service, called three times, after receiving a text message about the recommended service and pricing. I personally don't care for the electronic communication and would prefer to speak with a service writer.
