#1 Jimmy and His Manager were Fantastic, Friendly , ZERO Pressure!!!!!!! #2 Jimmy was probably the most Honest Sales Person i have ever dealt with in my... entire life. #3 The rest of the staff were courteous and made me feel very comfortable. #4 The Exact Honest Facts were presented to me ahead of time and all my concerns and questions were answered quickly and honestly through out the Entire Sales Process! #5 I was given several options or choices on The actual deal and what they were willing to work with me on to see it completed. #6 Jimmy even got me a very sweet financing package on the spot that i felt very comfortable with. #7 They even discovered a Headlamp that was out as i was pulling away, Flagged me down, and went and got the part and installed it for me while i waited :) In all I am one VERY Happy Customer at this time! I want to thank Marc and Dave at Sunrise. They were wonderful to work with. I drove all the way from the Medford area to Portland to buy my Toyota Tundra.... I am not sure if I would have done that if it wasn't for the great relationship I built with both of them over the phone. Then meeting them and working the deal out to buy this amazing vehicle just made it all worth it. So I give a big shout out to Marc, Dave and even Dan who was great to chat with. I drove five hours for a scheduled appointment with a salesman to look at a select vehicle. He had taken the day off.
If there was a misunderstanding about my appt with you, I sincerely apologize. I emailed you the day before our tentative appt and even tried to call... you. I received no response at all. I was off the day you were planning on coming in and actually planned on meeting you but since I didn't get a response from you via email or a phone call to confirm that you were actually going to show I assumed you were not going to come at all. Most customers of mine would at least give me some sort of courtesy call or email and you did neither. Again, I apologize for this misunderstanding. Danny
So we bought a car from this lot we were told that the car had been serviced and the fluids changed .Lie #1 we made it home the check oil light came on... 2 quarts low and dirty. Took the car in the next day to have the oil changed and were told the tranny fluid was low and very burnt, also that the antifreeze was black and looked like it had never been changed. I called the salesman and talked to him about it he said bring it back and he could get a deal on getting it taken “care of “LIE #2. we live in Salem aprox an hour away so we drove there, the guy was $50 more than it was in town. Lie #3 our salesman told us that he could get us a deal on tires the ones on the car were at 20% he called the tire shop got the price wrote it down and said that he could get us 4 michelin tires that were 80% for $165 with there discount great deal. I call to make an appointment and the guy I talked to said no I told him a different brand and there about 50%.Lie #4 we got the warranty with the car and were told that it was a 2 year 36k if anything goes wrong just call the place and its covered engine, tranny,starter,water pump ect we just had to pay the $100 deductible WRONG again what they pay for is $55 an hour and only up to what they think the car is worth we were told that if the motor blows up they will put a used on back in If were lucky. LIE #5 we were told that the car had been there for 37 days today we find out that its been there for a year and a half not a big deal but they had been using it to drive to and from work. LIE #6 I asked for a carfax they had it, everything looked ok on it no accidents or anything ,we get it home and see that the carfax is 1 1/2 years old. This was my sons first car Its supposed to be a good experience ,Its cost him the price of the car ,tires ,oil change and now tranny and radiator service. If you ask the car lot Im sure they say we stole it from them. Also we were told today that our salesman was no longer working there because he was lying to customers. My other son is also in the market to buy a car, we will be buying elsewhere.
Came into Sunrise auto's and worked with Dave. The guys at the shop treated me with respect and were very personable. I would recommend doing business... with these up front and straight forward guys.
