    What a wonderful experience! Bought a used car for my daughter here today. Owner John and salesperson Hal are top-rate. No pressure, friendly, genuine,... hard-working, honest folks. Fast, easy sale. Truly a pleasure to work with. Highest recommendation. Thank you John and Hal!

    I emailed them twice and have yet to receive a response. I was interested in a vehicle that they were selling and all I wanted to know is that it was still... there. I am ready to buy and have cash in hand but without any response I will not drive over an hour just for them to to try and sell me something else. I already have a Suburban, Corvette, an Altima and a Honda VTX. I just wanted to add to my collection and found the right car. Like I had previously said, CASH IN HAND AND READY TO PULL THE TRIGGER! I would not recommend then to anyone.

    I contacted Ideal Kars through the Live Chat feature of Car.com. I was greeted by John Sullivan, and began a chat. I inquired about a particular vehicle,... and asked to see the carfax report. He said "sure," and asked for a fax number. Who is still using fax?... so I asked if he could email the report, and provided my full name and email address. After several requests, he still hadn't agreed to send it, and then asked for my phone number. I told him that I would prefer to call, if after reading the report, I was interested. He already had my full name and primary email... shouldn't that be enough??? after 10 minutes of waiting for a response, none came! Again I prompted for a response. Ten more minutes, again Nothing! He just blew me off.... Not a thank you, bye, ... nothing! And I am a serious buyer, with cash in hand. I'll be taking by business elsewhere, and I recommend you do too!

    We are sorry that you didn't get the information you requested, this was my fault , I took it upon myself to install a new scanner that day , and was ...still getting the BUGS out,( as I am not a computer wizard ) that's why I suggested faxing the report to you. I also requested your phone number to explain in person , we wish you well, and hope you got the deal you deserve.
