Worst Service Experience
Frustrating experience ... unique dealership with tremendous inventory from Aston Martin to Bentley. Service has a lot to be desired. Perhaps if one drives a Bentley the level service is representative; however, if you’re an Alfa Romeo owner, good luck to you. My experience was horrible, and I can only hope my car does not need any other warranty service. If it does, I will drive to Atlanta for nearest Alfa Romeo dealer before returning to this dealer. I can understands accidents or mistakes, but “pranks” with one’s vehicle and lying to cover one’s action has no place in the service business.
Excellent experience with the service department, including willingness to transport my disabled car from almost 200 miles away. I came to this dealership and service department through references given in two metro areas that actually have AM dealerships. I now see why.

Extraordinary dealership. I bought a new Aston Martin and have had an exceptional experience. Sales, service, facility - all superb. So far everything I have needed has been taken care of.
I have dealt with both sales and service and found them to be professional and knowledgeable. The facility is first rate, the new coffee bar is phenomenal, and. the selection of vehicles is fascinating.
The best/easiest car purchase ever. Complete knowledge of the vehicle and its background. Car was clean and ready for resale. Financing was very easy and complete. Follow up for satisfaction and performance.
I have worked with Music City Motor cars in the past. The sales men have always been wonderful but the manager seems to be too concerned with his own plans to help a customer. I am disappointed. The previous manger was much more accommodating and attentive. Since the change to `Carlock Motors? the quality of service has taken a significant dive.

Truly excellent service here. They were very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and answer any questions I might have. Their customer service is awesome!! I am always treated with courtesy and respect. When I am ready to buy a car, I will buy from them. They always have a great selection of cars. I highly recommend Music City Motor Cars!

Mechanics with a personality!
I recently had my 2006 Continental GT in for service after having to have it serviced in Atlanta for the last 5 years and was surprised to find that the guy actually performing the service found me in the showroom and sat down with me to make sure I knew what was to be done on a yearly service and walk me through the findings later. Although this trip was for regular maintnance, there's no doubt I will be returning to Bentley Nashville fro all my maintnance and repair needs. I didn't rate the facility due to the fact they are just starting out and are building new facilities. Thank you.
