I put bad fuel in my car from an EXXON station, 5800 Central Ave in St Pete, Tomm did an outstanding job keeping me informed on the progress of the repair. He called me often to inform me, I was glad he did so I didn't have to play the voicemail game. I did have to pay my deductible from my insurance company, but they are working on getting EXXON to pay me back for the damage caused by their product. Tomm has also helped with that, he gave my insurance company the evidence to go after them. I will be calling Tomm for any car problems in the future.

This is my third car that I have purchased from Crown Hyundai and I always have an enjoyable experience! Matthew was very helpful and he made the whole process stress free. I will continue to purchase my cars from Crown!

I will start with this....I absolutely HATE dealing with car salesmen. However, my experience at Crown Hyundai has changed my whole perspective on the care buying process. I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata, and I could not be happier with the customer service, the price, the amount I received for my trade, and the low-pressure atmosphere. Justin Hoffman was by far the most down to earth and honest salesperson I have ever encountered. He made the process so easy, and I am so glad we made the decision to travel to St. Pete!!! I have been a customer for almost 5 years. Cliff Stoufer is my service writer and I have experienced excellent customer service and relationship with him. He takes time to answer all of your questions and makes sure all repairs are made properly.

I brought my Elantra in for service to fix a recall issue and replace a tire with a nail in it. Tomm knew I was on my lunch break from work and he made sure I got my car back as quickly as possible. Tomm is always courteous, friendly, and answers all of my questions. I highly recommend Crown Hyundai for service.

I was in no hurry to purchase a car. The first time I walked into the dealership, I met Mathew Williams. He listened to what I had to say and never tried to push me in any direction. I probably made 4 or more trips to the dealership as I was narrowing my choices and deciding what I wanted. On those visits, Matt gave me all the time I needed and answered every question that I had. When it came time to buy, I gave Matt the first chance to find exactly what I wanted. At first, they did not have the car that I wanted on the lot, however , Matt and the rest of the team worked hard to find my car. I was provided a loaner vehicle until they could get my car onto their lot. When I sat down for all the paperwork, Eric Lane did a great job of going through all the finance paperwork with me and I felt very comfortable and satisfied when I drove off the lot. Great Job

Matt Willaims was our Sales person, he did a Excellent Job showing us the many new features of the Tucson and was VERY patient with us in our sales/buying experience. We would Highly recommend Matt!!! The General Manger of the Dealership G.R.helped us put together the numbers that made us very satisfied with our purchase. Brought my car in for an A/C repair. Making the appointment was easy. Tomm Burkart assisted me promptly upon my arrival. He explained everything thoroughly and took care of me quickly and efficiently so that I could be on my way to work. He even called the rental car company for me to arrange for a rental pick up. When I picked my car up, Tomm explained the repair that was made to my vehicle and asked me if I had any questions. He even had my car cleaned for me without asking! I appreciate Tomm's service and attention to detail and customer satisfaction. Crown Hyndai is fortunate to have Tomm in their service department and I will ask for him every time I bring my vehicle in for servicing.
