    Facility was under repair. Not a lot of employees walking around or sales people. Price was great and finalizing the deal was great! But to sign and be... done and drive away was sloooow need more employees

    The day of purchasing my new 2018 Sierra, I noticed the rear bumper was hit as well as the rear tail light. They switched them out off another truck because... they didn't have another truck like mine in stock. When through with purchase, I waited 1.5 hours for the truck to go to "outside Detail shop". Salesman drives up, truck is no cleaner than it left, inside windshield was filthy and a stain running down tailgate. I drive home 1.5 hours. Find two more paint issues. I call and schedule 3 days for Them to have my truck while out of town. Called the day I flew back into town to make sure it was done. Kris the service manager knew I would be gone 3 days and back late Friday, on the phone he says, no it's not done. "You go do what you have to, I'll call you when it's done." Now I call the sales manager, he says no it Maybe done by Tuesday. 5 days now maybe to fix 2 scratches no bigger than a dime each and have it detailed correctly. Now I have to make a special trip tomorrow/ Sunday to get presses out of my truck that must be filed Monday. The sales manager waited till the last day to start the repairs, I'm sure the body guys don't get enough time to do anything done correctly because Kris can't do his job correctly and they don't respect the guy cuz he is a jerk. By the way the detail shop the salesman took my truck to for an hour and a half, Washman. Takes less than 2 minutes to go through the automated car wash. Don't expect the truth, they don't care who long you will be without your vehicle.

    My salesman Johnny was a nice guy. His Manager was very rude. Before making the 140 mile round trip to get the pickup I was told it had a bedliner. I referenced... the stock number so that I was sure we were on the same page. When I got there the truck didn't have a bedliner. I asked for one to be installed. Johnny took it to his manager and his manager came to see me. He was immediately abrasive and told me he would not drop the price or have one installed. I asked if he would split the cost. Nope, at this point he started to get louder and to told me I could take the truck or not and it was a good price on the truck, if I didn't buy it someone else would. He was correct that it was a good deal. It was $2000 less than less than anyone else in the area but that doesn't make it okay to be so rude. Had I had the extra money I would have told him to pound sand and left. Funny how money can influence ones decisions. Will I go back? No, not as long as that sales manager is running the show. Would I buy another vehicle from Johnny? Sure, his poor communication or assumptions on the bedliner is what caused the problem but his manager is responsible for his employees and should have made it right

    I went in to the service center to get my vehicle repaired . There i had the pleasure of meeting Maggie who helped me through start to finish . I was always... updated on where my vehicle status was at . This experience was very helpful and I recommend anyone to stop by .

    I browsed online prior to coming to the dealership so I had already been contacted by a representative, had a point of contact established and a specific... vehicle to look at. The whole process only took about 3 hours and would have been finished faster but my credit is not perfect so it took the finance person a little longer to find a rate that was satisfactory. So far I have only 2 oil changes and had to have a tail light assembly replaced due to moisture but both appointments went very smooth. I did not even have to mention the fact that I purchased warrantees, service was completed with a smile and "have a nice day." The building itself is somewhat aged and could use a facelift but it was not unpresentable. I am a smoker so I do like to see an established smoking area somewhere away from doors with an ashtray (I know I should quit). Overall I would have given the dealership a 5 star were it not for the aged feel of the facilities and lack of smoking area (although I know that wouldn't make a difference to everyone). I would definitely return again for business in the future as, so far, my experience has been pleasant.

    We were looking for a used SUV similar to what was just wrecked. Kelli McCormick was the most compassionate person we had met today. She found us exactly... what we needed. Prayers were answered today indeed!
