    I have had very good experiences with North Point Ford. I have been a loyal customer since 2011. I bought my first F150 there. I had problems so I got another truck:2014 F150. Then I just purchased another truck:2015 F150. They made sure I got the best deal, the staff were very friendly, and the facility was very clean. If I had to buy another vehicle, I would most definitely go back to North Point Ford.

    I filled out an internet form through my employer website with interest in a Ford Fiesta. I received a call from Megan within 15 minutes. She was helpful and asked me to come in to talk. She told me beforehand that they will be able to help me. I went to the dealership. Met Megan who introduced me to Ronnie the salesman. They did indeed get me the car that I wanted for a fair price. I met the finance manager, Carlos who was great. My entire experience was fantastic!

    i told the the salesman what I wanted, he showed me several options. I choose the one I liked and he made it happen. Great customer service. The only thing is the salesman should know more about the vehicles. He told me the truck had trailer breaks which it does not. Not a deal breaker though. I love the truck.

    I called and ask the price of diagnostics and was told $145.;00 and made an appointment. I brought my F350 in and was told the cost was $250 and the girl who made the appointment was new. The next day I received a call and was told the service was going to be $630.00 and there was a small oil leak that had to be fixed.. With the truck already in the shop I had little choice but to have it repaired. II picked up the truck the next day and the total bill was $690.52. It included $36.42 parts and $550.00 labor. I'm wondering what I'm missing. Once thing for sure North Point Ford will never get another penny of money from me.
