    During my last visit to Chevrolet of Watsonville, I was treated well and was satisfied with my one on one interaction with the employees that worked with me. However, every time I get my truck serviced, I attempt to get it detailed and receive a different excuse about why that can't happen each time. I am wondering why that service is advertised at all, as I am never able to actually get it done, even offering to leave my vehicle an extra day. It just adds frustration on the customer end of things. I've tried to get this done at least the last three consecutive times I have brought my vehicle in to be serviced. I will say that my overall experiences with the service department have been far superior than with the sales team. Purchasing my vehicle new from Chevrolet of Watsonville in 2015 was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with any business, period.

    I had an excellent experience with Graciano when searching for a car lease. He was extremely friendly, easy to work with, knowledgeable, and decent. His high level of professionalism and care was the reason I chose to drive all the way to Watsonville to review their offer. I highly recommend Graciano Chris, Jose, and their colleagues to anyone looking for genuinely friendly, fair, and knowledgeable people to help you choose a car. Two thumbs up!

    My wife and I purchased a 2014, 40,000 dollar car in February. I can't tell how excited we were to be bringing home this amazing car but after only 3 months i started to discover little defaults on the car. The plastic window moldings were pealing off, 2 of the tires after my first rotation were bald on the inside of the tire. let me remind you, I had the car for 3 months. The dealership called me almost three months for an oil change and tire rotation. I was happy to take it in because we were about to drive on our first vacation in our new car so I scheduled the appointment. The day before my appointment I realized both rear door window moldings were coming off. Wait, this car is not even 2 years old and I have only had it for 3 MONTHS!! I thought, "oh well", I'm taking it in for an oil change, they can fix it. After my oil change I explained the windows to their service tech and he took a look at it. All he could tell me was I didn't get the extended warranty, so I would have to check with sales to see if it is a factory defect. Frustrated, I left on my vacation. When I returned i called the sales department. The manager was too busy to return my call that day. So, I called the next day and finally got through. I explained my situation and even sent pics. He was very polite to tell me 3 month warranty was up and I should bring it in to the service department so they can look at to determine weather it is a factory defect. Sound familiar? Look, by law they may not be obligated to fix it but what ever happen to: We stand by our vehicles. Our vehicles go through a 5 star inspection. What ever their slogan is. What ever they sat to sell you that car. How about, if sh*t goes wrong, we'll fix because you just spent 40,000 on our buisness. I know if the owner of any of their associates spent that kind of money, they would want someone to take care of them. So, if you plan on buying a car there? Don't! They will say all the right things when your buying but after it's sold, it's not their problem.
