Nissani BROS had our car for over two months with little to no communication. They have egregious customer service, will put you on hold for unbearable... amounts of time, speak to you with total disrespect, hang up on you, and make significant repairs to your car (I'm talking transmission replacement) without even notifying you. At this point, we don't even feel comfortable driving the car they've serviced for fear that they haven't fixed what they said. There is zero reason to trust them OR Jeep. Also, as sad as I am to say it, if you are considering a Jeep, find another brand of car (as long as it's not Fiat, Chrysler, Dodge, or RAM). FCA (Fiat Chrysler Automobiles), which owns all of these brands, is the most atrocious company out there. Search customer service ratings and complaints, and see for yourself. It is a terrible example of how a big business takes total advantage of people. Because of their inaction (on warrantied repairs, no less), we've had no option but to pay for a rental for the past 2 months, in addition to our lease. What's more, we've spent 30 hours on the phone trying to track down their case managers (customer service) with very little success, not to mention time spent at rental car companies, talking to insurance, etc. I can't even imagine how many people they've done this to, and how it's impacted their ability to get to work, pay their bills, or support their families. For what it's worth, I think FCA's negligence and poor customer service could be partly why Nissani BROS is so terrible. Nissani BROS is only able to do warrantied repairs at the speed that FCA approves them and sends the parts... Well, FCA takes FOREVER to do anything and will force them to do the same repair multiple times even when it's clear there's a bigger issue. Nissani BROS is likely very accustomed to frustrated customers and have adapted a terrible attitude and poor communication/customer care as a result. STAY AWAY.
I have taken my 2017 Jeep Rubicon to have the maintenance done in the past. I noticed my engine lite come on a few days ago and called to make an appointment... and told them I am also ready for my 20K service and would like to have it done at same time since I live quite a distance in North Hollywood. The agent said I could just bring it in and leave it so no appointment was necessary. I went in the following day at around noon. It took about 2 hours and they pulled up and said they were finished. When I jumped in my jeep and drove about a mile before noticing the engine lite was still on. I called immediately and told Ruben and he put me on hold. Meanwhile I drove back and pulled into the garage (still on hold) and Ruben was sitting at counter. I got out and asked what was up. He said I had to make a separate appointment for the check engine light. I was so upset I just backed my jeep out and called the service manager immediately and left a message. He never got back to me. I called again following morning and waited 10 min before hanging up and calling again. Finally after 3 attempts I get him on the phone only to be told the same thing. I told him I shouldn't have to bring my car in twice to make repairs to what was written on the work order. He said that he couldn't help me unless I did. In addition to this I was looking over the Vehicle inspection sheet it said "completed tire rotation as per maint contract", On the back in handwritten notes say "Cannot perform tire rotation becaz front tires are low". I have since called back to talk to the General manager Bill Murrey who I still have not heard from. Both Ruben Barrera and the sales manager had the tone they could care less about my problem. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!!!!
THE BEST EXPERIENCE IV EVER HAD IN A DEALER THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HARD WORK ILL BE BACK SOON FOR MY NEXT NEW CAR
Don't recommend this car dealership I had a bad experience with service department. It took a month for my car to get fixed.I had to call to see if my car... was done.
Martin, Hany and Kevin took excellent care of me. Raidel in Service was prompt in resolving my problem. Great staff. I have already recommended a coworker.
I brought in my 2010 Grand Caravan to have the lock actuator and window modulators replaced. I knew these repairs were complex and involved a lot of odd... electronic bits. I'd looked into the pricing for the parts and was quoted a fair price for both parts and labor. The repair was properly done and was worth the money. I wish I'd bought my van here!
My 2002 Jeep Liberty was in need of long overdue service. My service advisor, Raidel, was exceptional. He had my Jeep inspected and listed everything needed... in order of importance. He did all he could to keep my costs as low as he could. This was my initial time trying this facility for service and I will definitely be back.
Had my appointment at 8am, service person said an hour and a half and I believe it was done within the hour.
My service rep, Zach, is knowledgeable, attentive and always friendly. He explains everything to me and keeps me apprised on status of my car. Service... is prompt. I am very pleased with the dealership and it's location is so convenient for me.
The service crew are really friendly. And theyre fast. Thank you
