Excellent sales department and customer service

We had a wonderful experience with Mitsubishi in purchasing our Outlander Sport. Michael Carpenter who as always was great.he had sold us our first vehicle previously from Mitsubishi. He is thorough,knowledgeable and detail oriented. He really listens to his customers and tries very hard to make sure they are satisfied with their vehicle. He exceeds my expectations and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. Dave the store Manager is also very accomodating as well as the Finance Manager Bill who was very helpful. i would recommend Mitsubishi to any one looking for a excellent vehicle. The only thing Mitsubishi should do is provide extra car mats because they are very expensive vehicles and it certainly would be a plus.

2013 impala brought easy finace great customer ser

Kyle Cassidy was so nice, he listened to what we needed and delivered...the process was very easy...they have an easy finace program that's the bomb...i loved the whole experience...A1 service and A1 cars!!

2015 Mitsubishi Outlander Purchase

I purchased a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander a few days ago. I love my new SUV, it's amazing!!!! The atmosphere of Springfield Mitsubishi was very warm and friendly. Marc, Justin, Dave and Bill showed me AMAZING customer service! I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks Springfield Mitsubishi!!!!!

great fast and easy

I went into Springfield Mitsubishi to just look around and ended up driving hone in a 2015 Mitsubishi outlander sport. From the moment i walked in there was great custmer service. Everyone was very knowledgeable. And helped me find just what i was looking for at a price that worked for me. I was very satisfied with the help and the vehicle i purchased.

Amazing and quick service

They got me in and out and gave me a great deal on a 2015 car!!! I will definitely go through them for any car needs me or my family has!!

Unethical with zero integrity

It’s inexcusable how this dealership and owner conducts their business. They are unethical with zero integrity. I sat in the dealership with my family for hours attempting (Saturday) to work out a deal that I felt good about. When we couldn't come to a good place, I took my family and left. I loaded the family back into the car and as we were about to pull away they stopped us and asked me to come back in for a better deal. I proceed to return the dealership alone and the owner, yes the owner (Matt Law), offered a deal that I felt comfortable with. Not wanting to pull the hungry family back out of the car on this rainy evening (and with my wife not present, I could set this up as Christmas gift for her), Matt assured me this deal was good until the next business day (Monday) so I could clean out the vehicle we are trading while it wasn’t raining and would be without the family. We even discussed how he could store the car for me until Christmas. We shook hands and thanked him for honoring the deal until Monday. Well I go in on the next business day, and they informed me that this particular car was "sold" and they would not honor the deal on any vehicle of the same model. If you want to give them the benefit of the doubt that they did actually sell the vehicle, couldn’t they just sell me another vehicle, right? Well apparently this vehicle had a “special rebate” that gave them the ability to offer that particular deal and not just an attempt at a bait and switch. Or Matt could have chosen to honor the deal (not his sale associate, not his sales manager, but HIS DEAL) to demonstrate his integrity. NOPE! It was actually the reverse. His employees put the fault on me for not taking the deal when it was offered and gave me the advice that next time I should have either signed or gotten it in writing. The owner’s word and handshake isn’t good enough. I have taken my business elsewhere and I would recommend you do as well.

I was told to go somewhere else

Had a terrible experience with the sales manager. He wouldn't let me test drive the car until they ran a credit check on me and told me what the payment was. Than he told me it would have a 6 in front of it before we even negotiated the price of the car or my trade in value. When I asked about negotiated the price of the car he told me there wasn't much room. I told him that Jeff Dambrosio had them listed cheaper, was than told to go there instead. I do not recommend this dealership at all! It was a terrible experience and I won't be returning. If the sales manager tells you to go to Jeff Dambrosio than I recommend you do the same.

Great place to buy a car!

Walked in off the street just to look and ended up buying the perfect car for me. The Outlander Sport speaks for itself with amazing gas mileage and all the amenities but I had my heart set on a different car. The sales reps were very friendly and knowledgeable about their cars. I felt respected when I was asking questions about the car that may have been common sense. I was taken care of by Brittany and Dave and it was a pleasure. I was comfortable throughout the entire process and it was very exciting. I would highly recommend if you are in the market to go to Mitsubishi Springfield as they made the process about my needs and not about pushing their agenda!
