I contacted the dealership just to enquirer if certain
I contacted the dealership just to enquirer if certain listed vehicle was available. I got a response from three different people, including the sales manager. When I started emailing him, one of the other guys (Arbie or something like that) sent me an email that seemed to have a “tone” to it like “well I guess you are interested since you aren’t responding”. I pointed out that I was responding to someone else. I was upfront that I live 3 hours away but was shopping online for my son, who lives 10 minutes away, and would be finding a time to car shop with him in the near future. Even after explaining this, they kept asking if I could come in the same day or the next day. I finally stopped responding. We bought a car there many years ago and it was a good experience but this seemed like if I wasn’t buying jn the next 48 hours then they weren’t interested. We did end up buying a car yesterday in the area but didn’t like the pressure and the lack of knowing what each hand was doing at parks.

DO NOT GO THERE!
DO NOT GO THERE! Absolutely horrible! I took my truck in to have the check engine light diagnosed. I was told it would be like $730 just for parts and labor, and that's after they deducted the $195 diagnostic fee. I told them not to fix it, and I would just pick it up. When I was paying for only the diagnostic fee to get my truck back, I noticed that on my bill they were charging a $29.40 fee for "customer pay shop charge for repair order." And, I even had a scheduled appointment. It's like they charged me $29.40 extra just to be seen there. The very next day I decided to drive my truck until it was almost completely out of gas, and I tried using a bottle of Gumout before I filled up with fuel. The check engine light was magically gone when I started my truck, and it's running great.

Was mistreated at the Augusta location, so I came here
Was mistreated at the Augusta location, so I came here the same weekend to purchase a vehicle since there were no decent rental cars on a weekend nearby. Place was identical, needs new Owners and Management, the service center was rather clueless. I've spread the word to everyone I know, and ended up buying a Ford across the street simply to walk away from this one. Hopefully this hurts them a little more than my $75k new truck purchase from Eck...

My name is Linda Wade and brought my newly purchased 2018 Chevy Equinox. I needed a new back windshield wiper replaced. I received very excellent response and service from Tyler in the Service Dept I also received great service from the Service Manager. This was on 10/20/22. I give them both at least 10 points each. They deserve more

Parks Motors of Augusta
I?m not happy with my experience. Had a 1:00 appointment was finished a little after 3:00 couldn?t get the mechanic to send his portion or maybe it was the guy I was going to pay at fault, who knows. Either way it was 3:25 before a decision was made and I paid 95.86 a still didn?t get my front camera fixed. I needed a box for the camera they want another 562.00 for that. 30 minutes worth of work but I was kept waiting all afternoon!
