no integrity

They quoted me a truck, we discussed the pricing, the next day I called and they changed the pricing. They said I needed to bring a trade if I still wanted that pricing. Buyer beware these guys are crooks.

Backfire and stereo issues since 6 monthpurchase.

Have had issues with my new Chevy since I bought bought new off the lot in 2015? Service does seem to think I'm making it up. Left with them several times for days on end. Refused me a loaner. POOR c.s.

Disappointed again

Very interested in a Jeep Grand Cherokee they have advertised here. Went to dealer. Of course it was a loaner for a manager, and it was filthy. Why advertise cars and then loan them out. Total waste of my time. I wont be back.

Horrible service

If I could rate the "buying process" a negative number, I would. This was the worst vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. We worked the deal from KC, and made sure to ask before driving the 3 hours to the dealership, what the exact amount would be that we would pay when picking up the vehicle. When we got there and were signing the paperwork, they snuck another $399 fee to the total. After going back and forth between their two buildings, it was finally time to get the keys and make our 3 hour drive home...until we go to get in the car, and realize that the door handle fell off. It was a Saturday, so no service technician. Finally today (5 days later) they delivered the car to us. The driver left his snacks all over the floor, the full tank of gas we were promised is under half and now the door seal is coming off. I am just beside myself with the poor service we received over and over.

Parks Motors & Staff knocked it out of the "Park" with me!!!

Inquired, messaged with Manager, was sought out by sales Jeff Cline with a quick call to introduce himself. Vehicle was warmed up before I arrived to test drive, test drove, ran numbers, made a deal and over to the finance side I went. Every single person who touched my paperwork did an OUTSTANDING job. I Literally was in and out of there within 2.5 hours. I will absolutely go back to Parks Motors for my next vehicle! Great job y'all, keep up the great work. I will highly recommend your place of business to my friends & Family!! I appreciate everything you have all done for me!! Jeff Cline, you are killin' it with customer service, keep up the great work!

2014 Chevrolet Sonic-January 19, 2018

First of all, when I bought this car the price was $8700 + fees to the tune of $10,400. I thought that was great. Couldn't figure out why it took them so long to come up with the payment I could afford. Went to sign paperwork, was told that they threw in a extended warranty, a tire warranty, and free oil changes. They hurried us through the paperwork, pulling the papers away right after we signed them. A couple of days later found out that they had locked me into a loan for $15,500. When I asked them, I was told that I had to pay for the extended warranty that they "threw in". Also extra fees that I was not told about and then some excuse about the bank making them add money on to the loan because my credit wasn't good. I had a co-signer. So this affordable car I thought I was getting is costing me double what they told me. I have tried to seek help from an attorney but I never get a call back. Second, 2 weeks after I bought the car it started to misfire. I took it in to them and they told me it was the CVT and that's the way its supposed to work. My car does not have a CVT. Sparks do but my sonic doesn't. Took it back again because it was still misfiring and they wouldn't fix it because the car had not thrown a code. I was told to just drive it because I had roadside towing. I called Chevrolet customer service and got a call from Parks the next day. I was able to make it throw a code and they said the spark plug on #4 was loose and they tighten it and sent me on my way. I barely made it home. Took it back the next day and they finally fixed it with a coil pack. Took the car in about 6 weeks ago for the oil change and tire rotation. I was concerned as I didn't think the front tires were wearing right. They refused to rotate the tires and told me that I needed 4 new tires and a front end alignment. I asked then if the tires were wearing correctly and they said yeah they are just needing to be replaced. Front was 4/10, back was 6/10 tread. 2 weeks ago I came out of the store and looked at my front tire and the wires were hanging out. I bought new front tires and was told the back ones were ok. I tool dthe car to have it aligned at a shop that I trusted. Guess What? Front end was fine, camber and tow. The reason the tire went bad is because a belt broke. Apparently the tires were not rotated when they received the car and I was not aware of that. I was also told my oil pan was leaking which seems strange to me when the car has only 70,000 miles on it. I am taking my car to another Chevrolet dealership that I trust which is only 7 miles from my house instead of 50. I would never recommend the sales or the service of Parks Motors. They can take their free oil changes. I don't want them touching my car again. 1 star is too good. If I could I would give them -5 stars.

Great service as always

Their service department is always helpful and efficient. When I bought my car from them 3 years ago they didn't pressure me and they helped me get the financing I needed.
