Great service and amazing sales staff

Amazingly helpful staff that was very understanding to your specific wants and budget. They will work with you to try and make the car you want fit in you monthly payment budget. The warranty they offer with their cars is amazing and inexpensive to add on. Great selection of both used and new cars at competitive prices! My salesman was Johnny Ballinger and he was amazing and made the experience relaxed and as stress free as possible. I will defiantly be buying a car here again in the future.

Great service and sales experience

Easy buying experience.

The wife and I found a used Camaro on there website. We live 200 miles away they preappoved us did, all the negotiation over the phone. We drove down for a test drive they had the car ready and waiting for us. Everything was just as promised and we finish the paperwork and was back on the road in under two hours. Easiest car buying experience we have ever had!

GREAT People ! BEST buying experience ever !

I was just browsing around Cars.com and found the vehicle that I've been wanting. Put in my inquiry and contact info and within a couple of minutes I got a very quick response from Parks Chevrolet. I worked with Freddie in the Internet department who did a very good job and gave me all the information I needed then invited me in to see what they can offer. Robert helped me out when I got there and was very professional and he treated me really well. The process was straight forward and was very clear. I was in and out with a vehicle in no time. I sure am going to see them again in the future.

Great customer service and sales.

Bought a Impala from Parks Chevrolet. Worked with Brendan in the internet department and my sales consultant Ian. Both did a great job. Easy to communicate with, straight forward, easy process, quick and timely response.

Deceptive Acts and Practices

My husband and I were told that an extra roof and an extra set of tires were traded in with a 2015 Corvette Stingray that we were earnestly trying to purchase, only to be told they couldn't include them when we made the actual offer. We had already sold a vehicle, preparing to buy this one, and had been pre-approved for the car loan at the credit union. The two items total about $4,900.00 on this car, and that clearly makes a materially different representation. I am also going to file this complaint with the Sedgwick County District Attorney, under the Statute 50-626 (by the same name as my review) and I encourage anyone else with a similar experience to do the same. I am glad I read other reviews of this company to add to that complaint. Clearly, we will not be buying that car, unless they stand by their original deal. Bait and switch is what it used to be called, and it is illegal. Steer clear.

THE ADVISORS ARE NICE AND THEY HAVE A NICE WAITING WAITING AREA AND A PLACE FOR MY KIDS PLAY.

Service Deptertment

Not impressed. Oil changes and tie rotation at Parks Chevrolet of Augusta takes entirely too long.. This is my 3rd time, so I have given them several chances. Last time the oil change and tie rotation took 1 hour and 45 minutes and I had a scheduled appointment. Today so far I have been here 1 hour 30 minutes. A lady from their staff just had a very loud conversation and she stated " I am xxxx tired of doing everyone else's work. I shouldn't have to do everything myself." Wow some kind of conversation for a customer to hear while sitting in the service department. Last time I came in at the mileage written on the window sticker for my oil change and was told it was too soon to look at the oil percentage that is shown on the car. This time I came in at the percentage that was shown from the car at 5% oil life left and my oil light came on only 3 days go and I was told that was too long. I have a 2 year service plan which should show up on the computer. One year from parks and I bought a year now I am being asked to prove it by showing them my paper work. I have bought cars from other local dealerships and this by far has been my worst experience. Things that could be improved upon: Consistent message to customer Service plan attountability through the dealership. Curious personal conversations Timely service Needs free customer refreshment area
