They will flat out tell lies to get you in the door. I drove 3 hrs on the basis of the numbers they promised and after 30 minutes of waiting, they were... 16000$ more than discussed trade difference. Disgusting old school car DOGS. Id suggest to look elsewhere.
This Dealer center should be rated “TOP MOST DISHONEST DEALER CENTER “ in the country.I saw a 2018 Infiniti QX30 model listed for 25000.I spoke with sales... agent whether it can be closed between 23k to 24k and got his confirmation. I started 3HRS 50mins drive from my home to this dealership with all documents for loan,initial money and all HOPES Test drove and found lot of information about the car was not shared with me,So negotiated price for which sales agent agreed and he mentioned manager approved as well. His Manager came after hour and mentioned 27000k plus and non negotiable ,When I asked why this information was not shared in phone.this is his reply “IT’S A MARKETING GIMICS TO BRING CUSTOMERS TO DEALER CENTER”.HOW INHUMANE is this to ask people drive for 3hours 50mins and at least if they initially mentioned that they cannot reduce less Than 27k it could have saved me at-least that 1 hour which I wasted in dealer center.why there is no transparency?. I will raise a complaint in “ state consumer protection agency and the Federal Trade Commission” with the proof I have.

My salesman was very respectful of my specific desires for a car. I wanted a particular color and accessories - he did not try to change my mind he only... tried to find me the car I wanted.
I did like the deal. I felt it was fair. However, I've had it in for service. The first time, the three items i took it in for were not fixed and there... was grease on the front passenger seat, including the Infiniti stitching and on the drivers headrest. The second time I took it in a week later and it's still in your service shop. I've checked in it several times. The transmission has been replaced. A couple weeks later they found the rattle in the left front wheel area. Last Friday the service manager said it was still rattling in the dash. It might take a few more days yo identify and fix this. Don't know why the technician didn't ride with him then? I called again yesterday, and was told the dash rattle was fixed but it was going in for detail yesterday in case there was grease on the enterior again. I drove by the dealership Saturday eve and it's still in the parking lot. I can't see why someone wasn't dedicated to fixing everything in a timely manner so it wouldn't take almost two months!
