Great service department

Very professional and they answer every question I have.. The service department is very honest too. I thought I needed new tires and they explained and showed me I had plenty of tread for a lot more miles..

Grear Experience

Fred, the salesman was outstanding along with Jack, the manager. Frankly, I purchased the vehicle from Steven INFINITY because of these two guys. I?ve only purchased LEXUS since the 90s, so this was a big change.

Owner

THe sales team at Steven Infiniti has been very easy to work with and they make he buying process hassle free! I?ve had two Infiniti SUVs over 10 years and have never had a problem with either of them, I just do the suggested maintenance and have been worry free. The service department is top notch and they don?t try to oversell me on services or products.

Great Service

Customer service was excellent. My issue was an intermittent power issue that was difficult to diagnose (ended up being a dealer installed add on by another dealership), but the crew isolated and corrected the issue. Updates were regularly provided to keep me up to date on progress.
