Superior Service!

I came in while on a road trip with a vibration. The service manager and his staff were the very best I have encountered in all my driving years. They were able to find the issue, a manufacturers defect. Although they could not replace it within my given timeframe, they gave the information I would need to do so as I traveled along.

Customer service at it's best.

Mike always does a great job. The customer service at your dealership is far above any other place that I have purchased a car. Your service department will most-likely be the reason that I will purchase again at your dealership.

Great service

Nice, helpful employees. Great location if waiting for service to be done. Within walking distance of several shops and restaurants (Lowes, Michaels Craft Store, Ashley Furniture, and Walmart).

Great service experience Steve Infiniti

I had a crack in my console. I asked if they could take a look at it and see if it could be replaced under warrantee. Mike was persistent in working a solution for this. I am not sure how he did it, but he was able to find a replacement and change it out in one day with for no charge! You can't get that kind of service anywhere else.

Excellent service, friendly people, no waiting.

Everyone is so on the ball. I never have to wait, I pull up and they are ready for my car and always have a loaner car available for me. Everyone is also always so pleasant.

75,000 mile service

A better automotive shopping experience.

This is a different type of dealership that offers an extremely enjoyable automotive shopping and purchasing experience. As a customer, you don't leave this dealership feeling as though you have been run through a wringer. Quite the opposite, you feel as though you have new friends that have a genuine interest and goal for their customer to be happy and feel good about their purchase. When it is time to purchase again, we will return to Steven Infiniti!

Wichita Infiniti

They call me by name and always greet me and offer a car to use while mine is being serviced. They have a nice lounge so I usually stay and wait. Its good to work with familiar faces.

Exceptional customer service

The service manager Mike Amos is very professional and knows how to treat his customers with respect and provides exceptional customer service. The sales reps are also very friendly and don't try to pressure you in any way.

Great service

You made us feel very comfortable and at home considering I have a little baby .every one was welcoming. Mike did a great job and made sure all was done on time.
