Took my car in for a drivers side running light replacement, and after I got the run around for over 2 weeks they fixed it within 2 days. But the problem... i am having now is they did not adjust my drivers side headlight after the reassembly. It shines straight to the ground. Poor poor management and very poor work on my car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The service manager even threatened to have me arrested after I signed a contract for a loner while my car was being fixed saying I stole the car !!!!! And then went on to tell me they refuse to fix my car. So I did what I had to do and the running light was replaced. Headlight is not adjusted to where it needs to be so ill be finding a friend to help me adjust that so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

my wife and I traded our 2013 Toyota rav 4 with less than 30000 miles for our optima. we owed appx. 7500 dollars for the rav. we received 17000 for the... rav. 7500 went to pay Toyota for the rav and the rest went down on the kia. pat peck held the check to Toyota too long and a missed payment to Toyota went on my credit report. we called pat peck multiple times and eventually they would not answer our calls. finally after the damage was done they paid. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I always love going to see my Pat Peck Kia family. The people are always friendly and treat me with respect. The facility is always clean, and the waiting... room is fully stocked with reading material, snacks, tv, and high speed wifi. I was especially pleased the last time I visited. It was raining, and they parked my car under a covered area so I didn't have to get wet when I got in my vehicle. It is the small things that really show they care! I also love going there because they all seem to really enjoy their jobs, and are in great moods! That makes a difference!

Absolutely disgusted with the service I received from the service department. Car was brought in 3 different times for same issue.. and low and behold... it happens a 4th time. spent a good chunk of my money for NOTHING. Did not want to offer any kind of compensation or at least a solution to fix the problem! Will never be back, and will never recommend anyone go here.
