Auto Body Work

Cannon Chevrolet Greenwood provided the most superb customer service a company could give! The auto body division fixed some damage occurred during a car accident on my 2019 Chevrolet Camaro. The car looks better than before it got damaged! Maybe a 3-week turn around due to holidays and delayed shipping. To me, that was fast! I received a call weekly to update me on the status of my car. I couldn't ask for better service!

a swing and a miss

My left front tire kept losing air several days ( all 4 tires were purchased in December 2021). On 1st appt at Cannon May 20, 2022, technician did not discover the reason for the loss of air, but the tire sensor was replaced. I replaced to front passsengertire daily for three (3) days as the same problem persisted, I returned to Cannon had the front driver side tire sensor replaced, upon leaving about 2 miles down the road, sensor light came on again and the front passenger tire was flat by next morning. Finally,I had a local (Indianola, MS) tire repair shop check for the probem and it was resolved. There was a small hole in the tire. I wonder if I really needed the sensors. I feel that the technician who was assigned to actually check the tire even attempted to do so at all. I hold a great respect for the work at Cannon still, but any company is only as strong as their weakest link. I see that Stan and John work hard, a few of the support staff not so much.
