My experience with sales department was good, my salesman

My experience with sales department was good, my salesman Trevus was knowledgeable about my new purchase as far as the service department I can Also rate their service good, with some hiccups but at the end everything turn out ok.

My most recent visit was not good because I spent almost

My most recent visit was not good because I spent almost $850.00 on a misdiagnosis. I was told I need a sway bar replacement for my 2014 Ram 2500. The work was done and the problem was not fixed. I was then told I need to replace upper and lower ball joints plus wheel bearings. The cost was $3800.00. I got a diagnosis from two more mechanical shops.They diagnosed the problem as wheel bearings needed to be replaced which is what I got done. Also,if I had replaced all the things the dealership recommended the cost would have been half the price of what had been quoted . I have been coming to this dealership since 2015 for all my services. I have been a very loyal patron. I feel no consideration was given for my loyal patronage. I had an oil change on my Jeep Sahara and everything was done timely and they also replaced the inside door handle on the driver side which was covered under warranty
