Great service. However, they do not take the Ford Service credit card. They take major credit cards but I paid cash. I like to use the Ford Service... credit card as you can take months to pay with no interest.

While waiting to have my 2015 MKC, walked into showroom and there it was, a all new designed Lincoln. Five hours later my wife and I drove home our new... Lincoln. The folks at Empire Ford Lincoln, it seemed could not do enough for us.

Went to Empire Ford in Abingdon because of a recall 19B37 and when I called to make the appointment for convenience ( Didn't have time to go to Bristol... ) was asked if I wanted my tires rotated I said yes he said there will be a 5.00 charge i was fine with that however once they said they had to reprogram my computer system in the car and it would take around 15 mins longer, was th here 2 hours and the oil was changed when there was a sticker saying when it needed it again and then tried to charge me for it, NOT GOING BACK

Buying the new 2019 Lincoln MKC was a breeze on 11/23/19 with only 418 miles. The salesman was nice, paperwork was smooth. Then the problems start on... 12/3 with only 983 miles - when I started it got these messages -Service Advance Trac Warning, Hill Start not Available. Left it at the dealership - replaced rear axle and wheel sensors - repairs not completed until 12/13 because the first replacement axle was bent and had to be reordered. Drove until 12/18 when I heard a sound under the vehicle that sounded like I had run over two cinderblocks. Returned it to the dealer on 12/19. Today I was told that they do not know what the problem is and will have to contact engineers at Ford who are not in until after Jan 1st. I do have a loaner but the point is it looks like I purchased a piece of junk for $40,000. Would I recommend this vehicle to anyone - absolutely not!!!!!!! I bought the vehicle 34 days ago and it has been in the garage for 19 of those days and will be there at least 4 or 5 more. Ridiculous!
