I took my 95 Jeep Wrangler in for a knocking and steering problem on a Thursday. They said I would have to make an appointment so I made one for that Friday.... The following Tuesday they called to tell me the knock was an exhaust leek (which they don't work on) and my steering pump had to be replaced. The new steering pump would have to be ordered and take 5 days. The quoted work was around $650.00. I waited to hear form them 10 days and finely went to check. They told me they tried to reach me and it had been finished four days earlier. They also said it was $1100.00. When I checked the bill it turned out they had fixed the exhaust leak after all adding the amount to the bill. I paid and went to get my Jeep. Someone had unzipped all the back windows and left them hanging. I put them back together and drove 50 yards turned around and returned to the shop. The steering was worse than before. They made excuses and now I have to wait till Monday to find out what they should have fixed last week.
