Dishonest Pricing

They list no prices on their vehicles and won't tell you the price until you agree to buy it. I spent an hour there with a sales guy and every time he showed me a vehicle I would look for a price (none were listed) and would ask him just to give me a ball park so I knew if I could even afford to look at the vehicle. Every time he would just say "they don't give us the prices until we match you with a vehicle." Great. Is this in my range? Is it 10k out? Is it 20k out? I don't know, but they won't tell you until you give them your social security number (seriously) and you're trying to buy the car. Terribly dishonest pricing practices. I will not be buying a vehicle there.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

rimrock vw is very inefficient in customer service, dishonest, unwilling to treat the customer with respect or heaven sake admit they screwed up. went in for a water pump repair, while there told them to go ahead and replace timing belt and accessories, alignment, rotate and balance, add blue, oil change. when asked how much to do all i was told $2100. when asked how long, 3 days i was told. after several calls to check on the progress of my car and 18 days later my car is done. cost $2533.11. which does not include a rental of $706.25 for two weeks that i did not have my car due to the service departments inefficiency. when asked about reimbursement for the rental, they asked for an invoice which was provided, then stated will pay some of it but would not commit to how much. when asked about the total cost, in a nut shell, the service manager mike relayed through his service rep troy that the bill was what it was and if you don't want to pay then you will not be taking your vehicle. when i then asked to speak to the service managers boss i was told by troy that he was not allowed to tell me who that was. i then asked who i could talk to about my poor service if the service manager is the problem, again, was told he will not provide this information. when i questioned troy again about my bill, i mentioned the fact that over the phone he clearly stated the bill would be $2100.00, i even put the phone on speaker for a family member could hear this as well. troy then says to me that he has the conversation recorded at which time i told him, well get that thing cued up and let's listen to it. troy told me he could not access it, how convenient for him. i asked to speak to whom ever could get that cued up, well guess what, no one around to do it. at the end of the day, i ended up paying the bill, with no rental compensation. oh by the way, the assistant service manager shane did tell me that the service department should have offered me a vehicle and that the rental should be on them. it is clear that customer service is not their first priority. as a loyal vw consumer for 25 years, i will be seriously looking to take my vehicle to dana motors, the former vw dealer in billings. stay away from rimrock vw service if at all possible. they do not look out for the customer, they are out for themselves. period!

We've responded to your requests through Volkswagen of america and unfortunately as you know, you cannot fabricate a document and request reimbursement. It's their rules, not ours.

SUCKS

THIS IS THE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. They sell false advertisements saying you won a prize. They said the gift card we won was $500.00 it was only $5.00!!!! When I called to ask the manager to fix it she said “oh sorry nothing we can do”. This place is a xxxxing scam! No one nobody ever buys cars here. THEY ARE A JOKE! Don’t go to this dealership EVER!

My husband and I came in to look at the sales Rimrock Kia was offering and ended up trading in both of our vehicles for two 2020 Kia’s! Freddy and Eddy were great to work with!

Buying made easy

We came in looking for a deal and this place made the process easy. Their terms were great and they worked with us in price that we wound up trading 2 vehicles and drove away with 2 new 2020 vehicles and saved money!!!! Great job and thanks for making this easy and fun.

We worked with Rebecca in sales Jacob for the contract to buy our Kia Sportage. We were never pressured. We had 4 test drives to make our decision, then slept in it. They were patient and pleasant the whole time just wanting us to get the car we would be happy with. Best car sales experience ever!!

Absolutely the worst place for purchasing car!

Phone contact impossible; follow through non-existant; incompetant personnel in my opinion. Although we're from out-of-state they didn't bother sending us the license for the car.
