i came to look for a vehicle and found the entire crew Fred, Rebecca, Jake all to be the most humorous and friendly people. i love my kia soul i will be... back again
Phone contact impossible; follow through non-existant; incompetant personnel in my opinion. Although we're from out-of-state they didn't bother sending... us the license for the car.
The worst car experience of my entire life. I brought my Kia in for an extended warranty. Other than being a little older and well driven, my car had... NO prominent issues before driving onto the Rimrock lot. They fit me in on short notice, were hugely kind to my face, so I thought all was well. The warranty took 5 hours, no big deal I thought, they're busy. WRONG. I was given my car back at 4:45pm and couldn't drive it off the lot, the ABS system kicked in randomly and was unsafe to drive back over the passes . I had driven 138 miles to make it to this dealership and now had an unsafe car that had no previous issues. The best I got was a quote for the fix THAT WAS NOT NEEDED WHEN I DROVE THERE, and a "hope you have somewhere to stay tonight". Had to have a friend drive up to pick me up and drive me home, then BACK the next morning. They told me that after unplugging the battery, the computer system reset and had cleared codes that resurfaced that were unresolved from previous issues. I called the Butte dealership the next morning where my car had been last to ask about any cleared codes. They listed a few tiny things like dark oil and new tires they had recommended, no speed sensor/abs codes. I called mechanics around town and they said that by no means should the unplugging of a battery mess with the computer system, especially to the point of making it undriveable. They refused to rerun codes the next morning when I picked up the car, which I found profusely sketchy as they were trying to charge me $300 dollars in sensor parts (which I can purchase for $18 from the parts store) and $1,700 in labor, claiming it was a 5-6 hour fix. I was able to limp the car to another shop, where they ran the codes, reset the steering sensors, and fixed the problem in 15 minutes free of charge. I was able to make the 140 mile drive home no issues. I could have been out $2,000 for an error the tech made in the service center. What also really got me was the fact they pushed trading in my "broken down" vehicle for a new car. They offered me three thousand, an extra two thousand because "they felt bad" . Like what? My car has no problems and it conveniently breaks down as your closing, strands me, and how convenient for you, discount on a new car! Five thousand towards a new car, no need to sink 2k into that old one! What a sleazy practice. Luckily I wasn't stupid enough to have anything else done there and was able to get my car back, the "problem" fixed, and back home before I could sink any farther down that rabbit hole. After calling the dealership again claiming to have the issue fixed, they continued to cover their xxx claiming I needed the services still and my car wasn't in fact in working order. The car made it home fine and I will not be back. Moral of the story: They were dishonest, they tried to con me out of my money for a lengthy, unnecessary fix. They will absolutely take advantage of you.
Worse car buying experience ever. These people are dishonest. I bought my car almost 2 months ago. I gave them this much time to try and fix their lies.... uncaring. and misleading behavior. They told me that they are trying to do things right so they can overcome the reviews they got while in the old building. They are failing miserably. Problem 1, they said they would take my car in trade. This was a flat out lie. to make it worse they did all the paperwork while leading me to believe they were indeed taking my car in trade. problem 2. they said they needed a $1000 deposit. I told them I wouldn't have that till the end if the following weeks. They said no problem give us a check and they will hold it. The deposited it immediately. I have overdraft protection but still get charged an over draft fee which I was charged for 3 of. I called about 30 times and no one ever answered the phone or returned my call. They just didn't care. as we were leaving with our new car they handed us a folder and one set of keys. I assumed this was the paperwork. It was not. It was just a vehicle inspection folder which had nothing filled out. Now I know I should not have assumed that my paperwork was inside the folder. I gave called for 2 months trying to get my paperwork and extra set of keys. I even told them through a text to the sales managers call phone I'm not worried about the money they cost me with the check. nor do I care that they didn't actually take my trade in. I just want my Other set of keys and a copy of my paperwork. I know I am partially responsible because I trusted they were doing the right thing and didn't check things with the paperwork. Bottom line is they are manipulative and dishonest. Everyone makes mistakes. It's what you do with the mistake. Rim Rock Kia doesn't care to do anything to make things better. Well I have to close this up. so many other places to leave my reviews.
This was the worst experience I have ever had. I attempted to pick up my car when they said they would open, 7:30, and at 8:00 there was still nobody around.... I guess they are making so much money they don't need my business. Good Luck with your experience.
I went in for a test drive and drove away with a new Kia Sportage. I never felt pressured to buy the car but the deals were just too good to turn down.... The staff were all great to work with and continue to remain available for any questions I have.
I went to the Kia dealership in billing Looking for a truck. Marvin Quesenberry is the car salesman that helped me and he was very porfessional and fun... to deal with. he took his time and work with me until I found the right car. I recommend if you are looking for a car this is the place to go. Everyone in there is outstanding.
