I was in the market for a new vehicle, and I had narrowed it down to Hyundai because of their new vehicle warranty. After hours of research I decided to go with the 2024 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Limited. Having no previous experience with Sunbury Motors Hyundai, I contacted them through their website to see about getting me the Tucson I was looking for. Sunbury Motors Hyundai didn't have the exact Tucson color combination I was looking for, and within a few quick texts back and forth with Amber from the Sales Team, she was able to assure me that they could find my perfect vehicle. Within a few short days I received a message asking me to set up an appointment to finalize the purchase of my Tucson. I made my appointment for Thursday at 5pm and as I walked through the door and was greeted by Amber, she told me my Tucson was right over here. I was speechless as my Tucson was sitting in the showroom, looking cleaner than it did coming from the factory. Amber gave me the keys and let me take a moment to look over my new vehicle as they prepared the paperwork. Amber sat me down, ran me through some of the new features and set me up with Hyundai's phone app. Once we completed the tech portion of my appointment I was gathered by Brody to come and finalize the financial paperwork. Within an hour Amber and Brody had me driving away in my new Tucson. The Sunbury Motors Hyundai Sales and Finance team were both extremely professional and answered every question I had about my new vehicle. I am extremely pleased with my purchase and overall experience with Sunbury Motors Hyundai. I can't say enough about our salesperson, Ian and our finance manager, Kayla. Ian was so sweet and polite and helped us out on a last minute whim when I texted him asking of the vehicle was still available on the lot. He was quick to respond and we drove 1 hour and 20 minutes to find the perfect, most clean Durango we have ever seen. Kayla was super professional, yet funny during the entire process when signing paperwork and making everything official when we drove off the lot.
