    The best Mazda dealer in St. Louis. Really best overall dealer if you ask me. Bought my 2012 Mazda 3 from them used and it was raining that day. The next day after I had the car home I noticed a small dent on the drivers side piller. There was no way I did that already. They told me to bring the car back in and they will fix it. They fixed it for free. This is one of many good stories that I have of this dealer, they really care about the customer.

    Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They owe me a refund on my GAP Insurance and Raoad Service because I refinanced my car. Have been calling the service manager for over a month. Always get thrown in voicemail. After three weeks of calling I finally got the GAP Insurance refund. It is now May 31, 2016 and I started this process at the beginning of April. This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend Auffenberg Mazda or their dealer group to any family or friends.

    I live in Missouri but choose to drive the extra miles to have my Mazdaspeed 3 serviced at Auffenberg Mazda. Dave Alvarez is always straight forward and truly seems to go above and beyond to help me receive any applicable discounts when having my vehicle serviced. They have even offered to pick me locally at the completion of the service after I have dropped it off.

    These people really do want to sell cars. As soon as I contacted TruCare USAA, I was receiving messages from them. Jon spent a lot of time with me...gave me lots of options. They sent me home with a new vehicle over the weekend while my new Mazda 3 Grand Touring SGT was being brought from Kentucky. Then Jon drove it 40 minutes to my house in West County so he could show me everything and get the garage opener and Bluetooth, etc. functioning. I've purchased a lot of cars, and this was the the best experience I've had.

    I had a very pleasant experience and would purchase from here again. Jon was so nice and worked hard to get me the best deal. Mike also was very nice and even went so far as to come out to show me he found a little more savings for me and redid the contract outside at the car as I was getting ready to drive off in my new vehicle!
