Checkered Flag Toyota

I recently purchased a Toyota Tundra and am most pleased with the vehicle , the sales personnel and the vehicle service. Ms. Jaclyn Campbell did an excellent job in explaining the vehicles that were available and Checkered Flags "no hassle"policy. Of the 20 or so automobile sales people that my wife and I have talked to in the past two years while considering the purchase of a new vehicle, Ms Campbell was by far the most helpful and informative. ( I remember talking to her a year ago when we were beginning to look for a vehicle. We didn't buy at that time but remembering how helpful that she was then was a factor in my return to Checkered Flag). The "no hassle: pricing policy is much preferred to the old "mysterious" pricing policy employed by most other dealers. The support personnel that handled the trade appraisal, paperwork etc. wer friendly and efficient as was Abby in the service department when I returned a few days after the purchase to have an "extra" installed on the vehicle. Keep up the good work.

I looked up the truck I wanted, did some online research, my sales associate Chase found EXACTLY what I wanted. Could not be happier. I you go to Checkered Flag Toyota in Virginia Beach ask for Chase Renshaw.

Not recommended! I wanted to buy a new vehicle, was told it was coming and all it was, was lies. Got my money back that I put down on a vehicle that was never going to be there. Go find a dealership that can give you an actually deal instead of wasting your time. Even one Of the "managers" didn't have the xxxxx to call me back after he couldn't help me. Meanwhile they still had my deposit....

After having the runaround with other dealerships, it was refreshing on how easy of a process this was. DeMario was very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my purchase.

I test drove a blue Toyota Tundra and liked it very much, although I wanted to look at other colors at other dealerships. Chase Renshaw was very helpful and understanding. When I returned I decided to put a deposit on the truck I had test drove, it had a safety recall on it for bumper brackets. I decided to wait for it to clear the recall , but it took to long. Chase was instrumental in finding me a truck that I actually like better. He was very patient while I tried to choose between two different colors. He was extremely easy to work with to finalize my deal. I am a long time customer of Checkered Flag.

Recommended to me by Mr. Ray Carlile, well over two decades ago, I have not purchased a car anywhere other than Checkered Flag Toyota since. The experience this day, 2-21-17, was no exception. The general manager, Josh Hamilton, is extremely cordial but at the same time runs a tight ship. Everything under the control of the dealership goes like clockwork from the first encounter with Product Specialist, Alex Suarez, to the trade-in assessor Shannon, to the business manager Ryan Reeser, and support staff Celena and Sandra. I must particularly comment on the professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency of Mr. Suarez, who is a stand-out at his job. Extremely knowledgeable of his product and all the services offered by this dealership, he makes the purchasing experience pleasant and easy. Ownership of vehicles purchased at this dealership is equally as significant--from help provided by the original salesman to the service department throughout the life of the vehicle. I have purchased nine vehicles from Checkered Flag, eight of them Toyotas. Product quality and product support are outstanding.

However, after going to a few other dealerships I realized why my family doesn't go anywhere else. The salesmen were pushy, didn't give me straight answers, and made me feel very uncomfortable overall. I was ready to give up. I called up my Step-dad and he called Chas Engle, who he had worked with before. They found me a car the next morning. Chas was honest, down-to-earth and great to work with! I never felt like I had to be defensive or question his integrity. Checkered Flag is the way to go, hands down.
