Don't buy extended warranty!
dont buy extended warranty, I bought a genesis and purchased an extended warranty and ended up trading after 2 years..never used the warranty just want a prorated refund...you would have to jump through hoops...next stop will be BBB.
Please contact me at your earliest opportunity. The cancellation and refund process is one simple step. If you are experiencing issues, it must be with the warranty company. Worst Service Ever
I have taken my car for regular pre-paid maintenance to this dealer, and I'm VERY UPSET with offered service. Pre-paid maintenance includes oil and filter change, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, and complementary supreme wash and vacuum. In addition, the received paperwork states tire pressure adjusted top proper level and pressure, and checked fluid levels When I received my car, I found that tire pressure was not really adjusted, as well as no car wash was performed at all. Take my car back to dealer again and they then adjusted tire pressure, and performed a car wash, but not sure it was supreme, and any vacuum done. Next day the windshield washer fluid alert started displaying because it was empty, so I have purchased a windshield washer gal and refilled the reservoir by myself. So at this point, I cant be confident about whether they at Fitzgerald Countryside Hyundai, really replaced Oil/filter, tire rotation, and filter as well as the quality of multi-point inspection if any performed. They have neither updated the car status after the maintenance was done and Im still receiving the maintenance needed alert. I doesn't recommend this dealer for cars service and maintenance.

As I stated on the phone, after speaking with the technician and reviewing your invoice I am confident that the oil change and tire rotation were completed during your appointment. The fluids not being topped off was an error in our process and I apologize for that. To give you peace of mind and earn your confidence back I have offered to have you come in so that the service can be completed again at no charge to you or your maintenance plan. In regards to the car wash we make an attempt to wash every vehicle that comes through the service department However, just like a vehicle, our car wash does have mechanical break downs and requires scheduled maintenance. Called for recall info and....
Called this dealership to request information on the recall of vehicles going on fire that has been all over the news. The lady that I was speaking with was very nasty and told me it's not a safety concern and couldn't be bothered to find the information for me. How is a vehicle going on fire due to a recall not a safety concern? That will be the last time my friends, family and I deal with Fitzgerald.
John, we take recalls very seriously and make every attempt to perform them within Hyundai's guidelines. On Sept. 4, 2018 I called Fitzgerald Hyundai and talked to sales to order a key fob. I was then transferred to someone to make an appt for Sept. 11. No one ordered the part and no one wrote down my appt. After waiting 15 min. to check in I was told there was no appt or part. I have record of call on my cell that I called and talked to them for 10 min. Terrible waste of time! Never go there again!

Way Overrated Dealer
Bought the same car at npr store for thousands less.. Guess there trying to make us pay off the new service expansion ? Mr. Fitz should look into how this store is operated...

Simply the Best
I purchased a 2017 Santa Fe Sport from Fitzgerald Countryside Hyundai on March 4th. David Warner was my sales associate, and I can honestly say that the experience could not have been better; it was easily the best experience I've ever had buying a car and David was without a doubt the best sales associate I've ever worked with. Despite arriving only about two and a half hours before closing, David was polite, professional and respectful of my stated budget and he patiently listened to my requirements and "must haves" for my new car. He also provided me with spot-on insight regarding what he thought I would like; I initially walked in thinking I would want the much larger and more expensive Santa Fe, but after a quick view and test drive, I realized that the Sport was perfect for me; this meant a lot to me as I know many dealerships/salespeople would not be too eager about providing input to a prospective customer or offering a test drive in a slightly smaller vehicle if it meant that they would lose out on the sale of a larger model. While I was basically sold on the Santa Fe Sport after our test drive and although the store would be closing in less than an hour, David encouraged me to test drive any other cars that I was considering, and I wound up taking a very sporty 2017 Sonata Limited for a spin as well. Once I decided to purchase the Santa Fe Sport, David took the time to explain each part of the trade-in, financing and warranty processes (and the optional maintenance program), making sure that I understood the terms of each document and optional program completely. I know from personal experience that many dealers tend to skip or "gloss over" important and binding legal documents - and I am happy to say that David did not do (or even attempt to do) that. Once the financing process was complete and before I drove my new car home David again took the time to make sure I hadn't left anything in my trade-in (which I received a fair credit for, especially for a car with 150,000+ miles) and, sure enough, I would have left my only garage door opener at the dealership if it wasn't for David. I can honestly say that, due to all of the praise that I've heard from friends and family regarding the Fitzgerald Countryside Hyundai and the Fitzgerald family of dealerships, I did not have any concerns regarding my experience when I first walked in. However, I was still blown away by the honesty, diligence and patience of David and the Fitzgerald team. I purchased an optional maintenance plan and I feel confident that I can trust the team at Fitzgerald with the maintenance and care of my car. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend David and Fitzgerald Countryside Hyundai and my family and I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Great Buying Experience.
I was driving a Toyota Prius when I entered the Mazda dealership looking for a new car. I have a Mazda sports car as a second car and was seriously considering trading my Prius for a Mazda sedan. In particular I wanted a car with a direct fuel injected engine for better fuel mileage and lower maintenance. My first stop was at the local Mazda dealer where I was considering a Mazda 6 sedan. I was waited on by a young salesman who had to check with the Sales Manager about how much they would offer me for my Prius. The sales manager didn't even leave his office to look at my trade in but gave the young salesman a price that was less than I knew the car was worth on trade in. I left the Mazda dealership and drove 4 or 5 miles North to the Hyundai dealership. Long story short, two hours later I drove out of the dealership in a new Hyundai Sonata. They offered me a lot more for my trade in and I wound up with a much better car than the Mazda 6. I have had the car for over a year now and it has proved to be more than I expected. The service after the sale has super and I plan to return to the dealership for service and when I am in the market for a new car.

After having two terrible experiences at other dealerships, I was very pleased by EXCELLENT customer service at Fitzgerald Hyundai. I filled out a form on their website saying I was interested in a vehicle late Saturday evening and quickly received a text from Kale. He was able to answer my questions regarding whether the dealership would accept the pre-approved auto draft from my bank, which they did. Sunday morning we were quickly met by Jorge F. He was hands down the best car salesman that I have ever dealt with. He was very patient, made suggestions and offered his honest opinions on the vehicles that he showed me. Additionally, he was very pleasant and not pushy and made the entire car buying experience overall comfortable and relaxed. Unlike the other dealerships I went to, I did not feel pressured or unsure of any of the decisions I made today. I really wish I had gone to Fitzgerald Hundai from the beginning. I would definitely recommend going here for your next car. Thank you Kale and Jorge for the great experience and my great new car!!!
