    Horrible experience from the start. I create the appt and informed it'll be 45 min, I get to the Greenway fiat and I'm told right off the bat... it will xxxxxxbe 2 hrs. Couple hours later my bf calls them they state its done, we get there and we are told mechanic is looking at some last details. We wait another 20 mins. We are told that the engine harness is rubbing on the a/c unit and causing the car to stutter and turn on the maintenance light. Next day I go to use the car and my headlights aren't working. I bring it in on Monday and they informed me it was the BCM and the car has always had electrical issues. Per the diagnostic, electrical issues were never brought up. They denied my refund on the diagnostic and the manager stated the car was always in that condition. No understanding of their conclusions nor their ethical values.

    It takes me two hours to get to Greenway Fiat after work, and after not getting the old key fob that the claimed to be "malfunctioning" (so they... just decided to throw it away, hmmm suspicious), I get home and they left me with the mold in the left side inside the trunk open and exposed. I try putting it back, however I believe that is not my job. I cannot put it back without causing a crease. Now, I paid close to $300 for this half xxx job, I drove close to 2 hrs thinking they were great. As a matter of fact I've been coming faithfully for the past year, and they couldn't finish the job. I will be calling them which I would probably wait for ever on the phone, the rep is always "not available" (fair enough), then they'll ask me to drive back through 5pm traffic and waste my valuable time which apparently they don't appreciate. I'll be back telling you how convenient they made it for themselves....
