I urge you to stay as far away as you can from this dealership. As mentioned in other reviews, they are true scam artists who know absolutely nothing about... cars. The manager Brooke has the nastiest and most disgusting attitude I have ever witnessed before. She is the most ignorant and malicious individual, who knows nothing about customer service or cars. I am not sure how she's even the manager. Brooke is beyond ill-mannered, and I do not see her as a qualified employee in any line of work or position, because she sure knows how to offend and steer away customers. My family and I were in awe, due to the way she attacked us within the first 3 minutes of explaining a lease. Before we even said anything, she began raising her voice and sassing at us, potential customers. We were given complete different information over the phone than in the dealership, and were trying to clarify some points. Brooke is a major disgrace to Maserati and completely brings the class of the brand down with her inappropriate behavior. I hope she gets out of her misery one of these days and gets her act together immediately, for the sake of the company. I wouldn't even wish for an enemy to cross paths with her. Garbage manager in a trash dealership. Avoid this classless place at all costs.
Cars.com pictured a 2014 Maserati Ghibli Blue with Tan interior. I get there it's black with black interior. Still considered buying with cash, asked... them to get back to me with a total price including taxes and fees, the sales rep I net with never got back to me. LOL
The service guy Henry Garjalian very rude no customer skills. If I could give him a 0 star I would. The guy is complete liar.

If I could give them 0 Stars I would. Dishonest financing department!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT LEASE ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! They are dishonest... and blame you even though they provided incorrect information. SHAME! Update: Although they are not willing to help me, they claim, "that person is no longer with us." So, how many more people got fed incorrect information about the additional coverage plan?.. CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK!!!! You have worked with this employee too!
I own a Fiat 500e with a broken tire pressure sensor. Daniel Cerna the Service Advisor took care of me. He repaired it plus he replaced a foggy rear... lamp, plus a couple of recall upgrades. He told me that it was all covered under warranty. (It wasn't, but he had it covered anyway). Saved me $500.00 it repair cost. When i came to pick up my care i was very late and Danny had already gone home. He came but to the dealership to get my my care so i could take it home. Talk about going above and beyond the call of duty to help out a customer that was having a hard time navigate his day. Danny saved me hours of grief and i recommend taking your car to Van Nuys FIAT for all your service and repair needs. I know i will.
I called and was told they could not service my car for at least 2 weeks. What kind of dealership makes you wait two weeks. Looking elsewhere.
Informative, friendly, good customer service. Answers your call and very patient. The service department works on highline product everyday and are very... experienced. Tells you everything ahead of time.
I tried 3 times to buy my THIRD Fiat from this dealership. I went to the showroom twice, and both times, I walked away frustrated and disappointed. I had... a specific car in mind with specific equipment, and because they couldn't find the car I wanted, they tried very hard to sell me at least two cars that I didn't want. The salesperson lowballed me on my trade-in, and then lied to me about the value of the fact that my trade in had fewer than 13,000 miles on it. He told me that that added only a "couple of hundred dollars" to the value of my trade-in --- but according to Edmonds and KBB, that low mileage added nearly $1,800 to the value of my trade-in. This salesman also tried hardball tactics and instead of speaking to ME, he spoke to my (male) friend. They made me feel like they were doing me a HUGE favor just to take my money and that I should be grateful and buy whatever they had - instead of trying to find me what I wanted or work with me on the financing. I will never buy another car from them.
I've never been to a nicer car dealership. I was well taken care of and they found the car I wanted the day I came in. Felt very relaxed, not like a typical... car negotiation, not pushy, extremely nice and respectful. They even went to CVS to buy my 9 yr old snacks. It was a great experience, I would recommend them every time. Erin Molkentin and Nick Naish were awesome.
