Lazy dealer, sold cars stay online for months
I assume they have IT specialists, can't be bothered to delete sold listings. Wasted my time. SAAB 9-5 sold long ago, yet still here. I let them know twice, 2 weeks later still there
The prices are competitive and they have an extra limited lifetime powertrain warranty that was very attractive. One of the factors for choosing this dealership. Saleman Ron was great, had one minor issue on my CPO , brought it in and taken care of quickly and even had a loaner car so I wouldn't be stranded. Very satisfied so far.

A Good Place To Shop
My salesman was Eric. I told him what I was looking for, and my budget limits. Between Eric and the General Manager and the Finance person, they were able to get me a vehicle within my price range. It was then ready for pick up at the agreed upon time.

BUYER BEWARE. The car buying experience was quick and easy.....but once you sign on the dotted line, forget about it. It's as if you never existed. Anything you need from them after they have your money is a nightmare. The sales managers don't pick up their phones, check their voicemails or return calls. The salespeople don't do what you ask and when they say they will, they just forget. You essentially have to babysit them to get anything accomplished. When you do finally get a hold of anyone they have "been on vacation". Its a total joke. Very unprofessional, total lack of organization. Look elsewhere if you want to be a valued AFTER you fork over the dough.
Easy and comfortable buying experience
We worked with Ron Harrison and it was a great experience. He was personable, polite and professional. He took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure we understood every detail. I was not planning on buying a car on my first visit there but he sold us on a great deal. He's definitely the best car sales person I've worked with.
I've been searching for a new vehicle for a few months now, and decided to stop by Peters of Nashua due to its close location. This was my first vehicle purchase through a dealership, and I'll admit, I was nervous about the process and afraid of being short sided. However, my experience was amazing. From the moment I pulled in, Ron Harrison asked if I needed any help and sat down with me to discuss what I was looking for. He immediately made me feel at ease, and not only answered every question I had, but had answers for questions before I even asked them! It wasn't until we were signing paperwork that I even realized he technically was a sales associate for Kia, and I was looking to purchase a Honda. I was extremely impressed that he didn't try to sway me to purchase something in his Sales department, and instead focused on getting everything that I wanted in a vehicle. I'm incredibly grateful for the time he spent explaining aspects of the purchasing process I didn't understand, and helping me choose a plan that worked best for me. The financing went smoothly with Pam Crocker's help and further explanations about payments. Ron made sure to go over every part of the car before I took it home, and help me set up all the fancy new features I never had in a previous car, from the Bluetooth syncing, to programming my radio stations and safety features. I never thought buying a car could be so painless. I highly recommend Peters for anyone looking to purchase a used car, and especially recommend working with Ron Harrison!
I had to buy a new car since another driver rear-ended me totaling my 2005 CRV, information I didn't share up front. Alex was very personable and I felt no pressure to buy. She happily greeted my mother and I as we walked in as to welcome us and let us know someone would help us as she was waiting for a prior customer to return. She then offered to answer questions while she was waiting. My mother and I knew we had the salesperson we wanted to work with. She made the whole process easy. My interest was another CRV but she was able to talk about all the cars, her knowledge was impressive, sounds as if she has been selling Hondas for years. I purchased the Touring model and Alex walked me thru every feature while I sat in the driver's seat, both while I was looking and when I was ready to drive off the lot. Even after the sale, Alex let me know that she is always available if I have any other questions, the icing on the cake.
All I can say is WOW!!!! Very impressed with this dealership and with Eli Collins. Peters Honda is definitely easy to do business with. Eli is very knowledgeable and actually made the process of shopping for a car enjoyable. Thank you!!!!
