Horrible experience, I totally regret purchasing my car and servicing it with Crystal Automotive. The sales department “manipulates numbers to make the... buyers and banks happy” (their words not mine). Well this “manipulation of numbers” added about $2,000 on top of the sticker price, not including the additional money I am paying off on my auto loan. Most recently the service department attempted to get me to pay $1,300 for a part that was working, and was malfunctioning due to a poor connection to my battery (which they installed). If you decided to go with this dealership please read every itemized detail and question everything!
Couldn't fix a simple problem and by coincidence? My air conditioning didn't work the next day.Only good thing was that I got a free rental car for ELEVEN... days...smh.

Sold me a 2007 Jeep that is going to cost me thousands of dollars to repair. Drove out of the dealer with no oil in the engine. A tire that is more then... ten years old. And a oil leak from the oil pan. I was never told of any of this. Sale men name is Joe
I’ve owned several Chrysler corporation vehicles and used this dealer for all of my service and new vehicle purchases. They have always been courteous... and knowledgeable, and made me feel important to them. I recommend them to anyone that wants to purchase a new vehicle, or service an existing vehicle.
We ended up having to do the repairs ourselves. I received a call from the service manager, Cathy, after my review was seen by another manager at this... service center. They allowed us to bring the car in, with the damaged parts to show them what happened. We were met by Cathy from the Jeep service center, and Blain a service manager from the neighboring Chevrolet service center. They agreed to assist us with our warranty company as it is said the damage was mechanical failure. Kathy and Blain were very accommodating and helpful. However, we are still weary of the customer service from their other Rep, but Cathy made sure to give me all of her contact info so I could deal with her directly from now on. I am giving them another chance and appreciate the assistance and candor from the service managers.
Went into take a look at a preowned Wrangler that was listed for sale. They had multiple options other than what I originally came in for. Ended up purchasing... a certified preowned Wrangler. Super Easy and hassle free. Kudos to Crystal for an easy transaction.

Haven't decided on new or used but so far experience has been great. Knowledge of product and process is good. Kind and courteous as well. Definitely... will recommend.
Troy Stafford was extremely rude and condescending. Would never buy nor recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from the dealership because of him.
