Great Service!

Great Service! They found out what was wrong with my car and fixed it. The only thing I wish is that they would take your car in an emergency, or they had emergency appointments. I always need to make an appointment for them to see my car. And sometimes I have to wait a week before they can see my car. But other than that they always take care of my car.

As a service department they have definitely improved in there communication since my last visit but I still see some room for improvement.

Vehicle Service

Our service advisor Wesley Hew was great. He was easy to reach and followed through on everything. The new service manager leo Yi was also very helpuful.

worst case ever!

chipped the paint on my door, did not fix it, when i complained they had a guy with a qtip dab paint on my 2018 ZR2 would not recommend dealing with their service department! rip off!

Service

Took my vehicle for the first time to have a new experience with Chevy and quite disappointed still waiting to get a callback from both my service writer and the manager for a part that needs to be put on my vehicle that has been sitting for two weeks can?t get through very disappointed hope somebody reads this it makes a difference. I work for a local fire department that has a fleet of Chevrolets and I?ll definitely consider twice before recommending the fleet to be serviced I hope to be able to speak with someone to make the experience better

everything went very good, except all my tire presuers were not checked and they all not even. I will have to get it reset
