When we recieved our H3T it had to go to the shop.

When we recieved our H3T it had to go to the shop. Claudia said it had passed all inspections and had no accidents on Carfax. The Manifold was cracked, The 02 sensor was out, and so was another sensor. The running boards on both sides of vehicle are bent backwards. The vehicle was stuck in 4 high. It cost me another $3478 and 2 weeks of repairs before I could drive the truck.

I am very pleased with my experience at the dealership

I am very pleased with my experience at the dealership and Pablo. My salesman was excellent and the rest of the team. I am also pleased with my car. Thus far, however, I am a driver, so I have not had much time to drive it. I've been working. Thank you all so very much for your service.

Very poor service depatment.

Very poor service depatment. Per there instructions, scheduled appointment on line. I do not live in Waco, do not work in Waco and live in ine driver family. Booked service appointment with ALL the details. Took off work, traveled to Waco for apointment. Was told oh, you need to leave the car here for several days before we can even look at it. Explained Ivtook off work, traveled from out of town, followed instructions, no one told me had to leave it for days. They were rude, no customer service at all. I left, contacted Mercedes-Benz of Georgetown. They set me up with appointment and courtesy car, no problem. Thats were my business will go and all my recommendations. I had heard dont waste your time at Mercedes of Waco, awful service, and I can confirm that.

Mercedes Benz of Waco has been servicing my GLC 300 for

Mercedes Benz of Waco has been servicing my GLC 300 for the past 4 years after I purchased it. Not one time have I been disappointed. My service advisor Sean is top notch, he gets the job done and is always on top of things. The facility is always nice and clean. They do an amazing job on servicing my vehicle. I will continue to come here, these guys are the absolute best!
