    The best service and very pleased. I had a battery replaced and an oil change. Mr McCracken quoted me an estimate and it was the same when they finished the job. The atmosphere was comfortable and my kids were pleased. I will be giving my future service to MB of Waco.

    Howard helped my wife and me to find a low mileage Mercedes and it was a low pressure and pleasant experience. The price was competitive and kept us at home - not needing to travel to find a better deal. The only glitch was a 90 min wait for the paperwork closing - some of which we put to good use learning about the car. Seems like the dealership could have more folks trained to close a transaction.

    We purchased a Sprinter Van from an individual, in February 2015. Our van is modified for wheelchair accessibility, for our son. Driving several times a week to Dallas for therapy, our van window, the escape window, was hit and shattered. We went everywhere trying to get it replaced, with no luck. In Dallas they said it would be backordered, with no idea, how long it would take to get it in. We even went to glass places and salvage yards, trying anything and everything, we could think of.. No luck.. We finally tried Waco Mercedes. Brad , in customer service, listened to our story. He said let me check into what we can do.. He called us the very next day, and said bring your van in .. We are going to take the window you need out of one of our vans on our lot and replace yours with ours.. We will then worry about getting ours replaced !! I could not believe it.. I have never had any dealership even suggest such a thing.. I have told everyone about what they did for us. We will never go anywhere else for anything for our van.. This is what REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE should be... Thank you, so much for all you have done for us.. The Richardsons

    We purchased a Sprinter Van from an individual, in February 2015. Our van is modified for wheelchair accessibility, for our son.     After visiting another dealer for repairs that was within driving distance, I thought the bigger dealer would be best. After taking my GL there for a rough idle, they assured me it was fixed. However the issue popped back up. I took it to Waco and the problem goes away. Trust me, Bigger dealers are not necessarily better. Coming back to Waco from now on.

    I hv a hard time getting friendly service. I email no response. I hv to load my own car. They are not very personable. I've visited otherMbz dealerships and hv gotten some really good service. I'm really surprised at their lack of concern in making the customer happy. I will hv to purchase another car outside of the city. Ask for the sales guy to be on the look out. No follow through in getting help.

    I requested a quote from its dealership online and then I received a credit application in my email. It was a bit presumptuous because they were assuming I would like the quote and need credit. So before I exposed my financial I called the dealership and asked what the quote would be. The response was that they had one car on the lot like I wanted and it could be purchased for $1000 off of MSRP. I thanked him for his generosity and went to the next dealer and bought the car I wanted without having to fill out a credit application.
