I bought a brand-new Honda Pilot for $45,000, and the
I bought a brand-new Honda Pilot for $45,000, and the dealership pushed me into purchasing unnecessary warranties: “Paint and Fabric” and “Windshield Protection” for $888, plus an “Electrical Protective” package for $5,988. Within 24 hours, I realized I didn’t need these and asked to cancel. They claimed I had 3 months to cancel but refused to provide any proof. The finance guy even asked me to delay canceling so he could get his commission—completely unprofessional! When I returned after registration, they canceled the electrical warranty only after much arguing, but then lied and said the other two weren’t cancelable. They even mocked me when I brought up their earlier promises. This dealership is full of liars, unreliable, and completely disrespectful. I’ll never recommend them to anyone. Avoid this place at all costs!

How many negative experiences do you need before you stop
How many negative experiences do you need before you stop going to a place. This incident was the last straw. Simple oil change and tire rotation. The tire rotation was recorded on the service sheet, but they were never rotated (I marked the tires before I came in). Hmmm, was the oil even changed, I don't know. Read the positive reviews but how do they know the service they are praising was even done. A dealership should be above this kind of dishonesty, but this one isn't. You have been warned.

Got our 2024 Honda Civic here! Everybody was just really helpful and informative. Gave us lower APR too compared to the bank. David was awesome, very knowledgeable, didn't pressure us from getting anything we didn't like. Wade from finance made sure our needs were met as well. Highly recommended. Surely will come back for future services needed.

I called in looking for a specific CRV that they happened
I called in looking for a specific CRV that they happened to have. I work in the auto industry and was pleased with my experience here. They were responsive and friendly and helped me through my process quickly. I did not feel like my sales person was playing games. I started my purchasing process online and was out the door in under an hour after arriving to the store. They even picked me up when i needed to drop off my rental. I would recommend Garth and Bill to anyone shopping for a car.

Stay away!
Stay away!!! We bought a Pilot Elite from Fowler and usually I don't get the warranty because I think they are are rip off. This one time however I was persuaded to get one just to cover the windshield. I was told that since it had to be recalibrated if the windshield was ever replaced it would be well over a thousand dollars. So we got the extended warranty specifically for the windshield replacement and was told after we asked that it would definitely cover it. Fast forward a couple of years and we get a crack forming on the windshield. Since I was getting my Pilot serviced there for oil changes and things I told them about the windshield. The service dept said they would order a new one and let me know when it arrived. They called and said that the windshield was in but it wasn't covered under warranty!!! That we had a different warranty that didn't cover windshield replacement! When I called to tell them that it was supposed to be covered they transferred me to a sales or finance person and they told me it wasn't covered. I told them I wanted to see that and they said they didn't have that paper work. So how do they know? They told me to find my paperwork and bring it. I said I didn't have it readily available since we had moved to a new house and it was boxed up. He said he would have to get with accounting and get the paperwork. Anyway, I've tried calling and just keep getting the run around. Long story short, they either lied to me when they sold me the warranty or they are just trying not to honor the warranty. Very dishonest and unfortunately typical. I will be in the market for a new vehicle soon but I will not go here and I am not using their service anymore.
