Great service since I bought my 2015 Yaris.

Service has been excellent.They honored warranties well, even replacing an unexplainably melting back bumper with no damage at less than 4000 miles. They are personable every time I go back. I love my car, 3 years out-except the.fragile plastic bumper design on modern cars.

Everything was great!

Service and sales staff are great

I always take my RAV4 to Fowler for maintenance. It has 70,000 miles and hasn’t needed any other repairs. I am looking for another vehicle and while my RAV was getting an oil change I took a Sienna on a test drive with Jake. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. We will definitely go back to Fowler and Jake as soon as we’re ready to purchase the Sienna. I am always pleased with Fowler’s service department and look forward to purchasing another Toyota from them.

Happy

Was very disappointed in alot of my past experiences with other dealerships but Fowler has done a great job of making purchasing a car fun. I was not in a great credit situation but they went out of my way to help me into a car with a reasonable rate and a payment I could afford. I really appreciate what they did for me. Also they sponsor a lot of great local events and charities and I think that says alot about a company.

Will not go back

Finance to pushy has you signing papers with no chance to read or think shoulda walked away . Hold your ground on up sale you can get out of extended warranty but not over priced scotch guard

Didn't want to sell a car

Inquired about a vehicle on the lot. Wanted to get estimated trade-in value for my vehicle. Asked twice and never got a response. Moved along

This purchasing experience totally changed my perception of Fowler Toyota from positive to NEGATIVE. The sales manager agreed to sell us a vehicle. When we called him per his instructions, he did not respond promptly. Instead he waited 6 hours, and then he told us that the deal was possibly off because he was showing it to another customer. When we finally were able to contact a different manager, he finally resolved the conflict. However, the car was not detailed when we went to pick it up. We have to make another trip to the dealership. The communication between departments at Fowler was practically non-existent. This made the efforts of nice sales people frustrating for the customer.

Great Experience

Overall this is a great dealership. Very easy to deal with, Sales staff aren't pushy and very laid back. Go out of the way to make you happy. My only problem was in finance, I felt like I was talked into stuff I didn't want and total cost wasn't given. The person was great, but I feel like there was hidden fees/cost.
