The service was excellent; however, they were pretty

The service was excellent; however, they were pretty short staffed so it took over 3 hours for an oil change. I had even scheduled the oil change and it still took that long.

Schedules on line had a price, get there quoted another

Schedules on line had a price, get there quoted another price, go to pay quoted again another price. I will not come back to Bob Howard Toyota to buy or get a car service, something very sketchy when price is different 3 different times on one visit

Very Excellent Service manager, Sure Wish I could

They got an oil stain on my roof of my car on the fabric

They got an oil stain on my roof of my car on the fabric i let that go, then the second time they left crumbs in my car, when I had vacuumed it out the day before. They also did not clean my car afterwards or offer this time around .

Took vehicle in for 5k service.

Took vehicle in for 5k service. On the way there the radio stopped working and when I finally got it working again it was stuck on one station, nothing worked for changing stations. I showed this to the service employee and he said they would check it out. They gave it back to me and said problem could not be replicated. I said that's why i showed it to you when I arrived, you are my witness that it wasn't working. He says sorry nothing we can do about it. How about fix it!!

I went in to simply test drive Rav 4s.

I went in to simply test drive Rav 4s. Leon did not hard sell me, he just simply took me on test drives. He explained to me the difference from a hybrid and a gasoline vehicle. He was very chill and answered any questions even saying once, ?I have to check on that, I don?t know.? BEST ANSWER TO GIVE!? I had not intention to buy, but I had done my research and the deal was good. Just remember that any trade in is ultimately decided by the used car manager and not the manager (new sales car manager) that agrees to something you tell him. Fortunately, my used car trade in, what the new car sales manger, agreed on and what the use car sales manager said, was actually quite fair (in my opinion). Just be realistic about your trade int.
