Bought a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from Roxy. It was a little hard to get ahold of anyone initially after finding the car in cars.com, but once I did get... ahold of Roxy she went and took pictures and disclosed everything she could find to me. Her pictures were so close and detailed I actually thought the car was worse than what it actually was. I had planned on replacing a bumper, but it turned out to be barely a scratch. Hardly noticeable, but she got a picture of it for me, which was nice. I bought this car from long distance so it was being shipped and I had to drive partway out to pick it up because of schedule conflicts, but Roxy and the dealership worked with me to get the car as quick as they could. I wish it hadn't cost 400 dollars to ship, but it beat me having to drive 7 hours one way to pick it up. They gave me a really decent deal on my pickup I traded in also and I couldn't argue over the price because it was already very low. Overall I'd easily buy the car this way again over going inside a dealership ever again. Plus the Q certified 2 year warranty is nice.
We are looking for a vehicle for our daughter. We are having to look in a pretty long radius from Lubbock and found exactly what she was wanting at this... dealership which is 8 hours drive. Luckily my brother lives just 45 miles from the store so I asked if he could test drive it for us to let us know if there was anything wrong that I needed to be aware of before driving that far. We found this truck on Cars.com for 14,500. When he arrived, they told him they “just found out” the truck needed $2000 in various repairs and that the truck had been on its way to the action the day before. During my brother’s test drive and inspection he confirmed there were issues that needed to be addressed. Upon returning to the dealership he was told the dealership would be willing to split the cost of the repairs and pay $1000 if we paid the other $1000 and that the price would be $16,500. My brother was not aware that the listed price was $14,500 so when he told me of the deal they were willing to make with us, I was confused. Then I went back to the web site and saw that the price has been raised to $15,500!!! This happened during my brother’s test drive!!! When I called my sales person (Roxy) and offered to take them up on the deal to split the cost of the repairs and to pay $1,000 more than the ORIGINAL listed price of $14,500, for a total price of $15,500, I was told they would not accept that because they would be losing too much money and the price was $16,500. I asked for my $500 deposit back and “walked away”. I don’t know about you but that was a dirty trick to raise the price of the truck during the test drive and then offer to split the cost of repairs! The folks at this dealership cannot be trusted! That was just underhanded and dishonest! I’m trying to find a safe, realiable vehicle for our daughter and I expected to be treated fairly.
Thank you for bringing your concern to our attention. We are sorry that you do not feel you were treated fairly during your recent visit to the dealer...ship. The truth is the vehicle was an older high mileage vehicle and it was sent to the auction for sale and retrieved when you inquired about it. We had decided not to do the work required to make it "retail worthy" on our lot. Normally, we would have taken it offline when that decision was made but that did not happen in this case. As an older vehicle that does not qualify for our Dealer Warranty, it was available and listed at the price advertised on an "as/is" basis. When we were discussing additional repairs with your brother, we were negotiating additional work we would recommend for the vehicle. We believe we were truly trying to be transparent and honest about the condition of the vehicle. Good luck in your search for a vehicle for your daughter.
I drive 45 miles to bring my car in for service. This dealership is worth the drive. The service department is friendly and they are extremely helpful... when I need something.

I was told if I brought my truck in on Monday I would have it back by Wednesday after work as this is my only transportation and it was. I was ecstatic... to have it done. It hasn't been put in too much water yet, but the little it has there have been no leaks. This week will be the big test, but I have faith it won't leak. I appreciate the service dept at Doenges. They were great.
